1 March 27, 2002 Prototype When well-liked George becomes the first guy to be promoted from the assembly line to plant manager at a Los Angeles airplane parts factory, his life becomes a little more complicated. His pal Ernie and former compadres on the plant floor tease him about joining management; George's first test in the new position is to terminate one employee, and he must choose either his acerbic line-inspector mother, Benny, or Ernie. George's hardworking and patient wife, Angie, copes with Benny's constant wisecracks and cares for the couple's kids, precocious 9-year-old Max and 13-year-old Carmen, who is dealing with the traumas of being a teenager. Carmen has what George calls "Jungle Pits" and hairy legs.
2 April 2, 2002 Curious George George worries about Carmen when she brings a boy home for the first time. He persuades Max to spy on them, but despite finding no impropriety, George threatens Duncan, embarrassing Carmen. Later, George replies to instant messages on Carmen's computer, pretending to be her. Although this infuriates both Carmen and Angie when they find out, George goes to a party and further humiliates Carmen with his over-protectiveness. Finally, Carmen sadly ends the relationship with Duncan, not because of her father, but because Duncan tried to pressure her into having sex too soon. Carmen forgives George, who realizes that she is more responsible than he thought.
3 April 10, 2002 Happy Birthdays Much to George's unpleasant surprise, Angie and his family throw him a very belated surprise birthday party that he assumes is Max' upcoming birthday party, while a new worker, accident-prone Amy (Sandra Bullock, one of the executive producers of the series), threatens the pride George takes in his workplace's safety record.
4 April 17, 2002 Max's Big Adventure Benny and George find themselves holding open auditions for workers to replace Reggie's position in the carpool because he got fired due to a bar fight, while George decides to prove something to Max when he insists on George letting him walk to school on his own.

6 October 9, 2002 Token of Unappreciation The "cool" girls (including Autumn Reeser as Piper) court Carmen, but not her best friend. Meanwhile, George is tempted by another firm after he is dissed by his bosses at Powers Aviation.

Guest Starring: Brenda Song, Carly Schroeder, and Rachel Snow. Snow, Schroeder and Lusha have all appeared on Disney Channel's Lizzie McGuire at least once.

7 October 16, 2002 The Show Dyslexic George goes into denial when Max is thought to have dyslexia, and things only get worse when Angie suggests that George may have it, too.
8 October 23, 2002 Halloween Cheer Carmen goes into a funk after her best friend Toby moves away, and she becomes a troublemaker when George, Angie, and Benny catch her about to smoke and she gets rejected by the Prep Squad Angie suggested. George is ordered to fire a worker with calamities in his personal life.
9 October 30, 2002 The Unnatural Max's coach asks George to have him sit out the next game.
10 November 6, 2002 No Free Launch Sandra Bullock reprises her role as "Accident Amy," a klutzy employee who works under George's supervision. Her bout of bad luck will possibly continue, courtesy of George. As the new PTA secretary, Amy is charged with keeping track of candy sales when the school tries to raise funds so the students can attend a space-shuttle launch. With Amy's daughter and George's son in the same class, the parents engage in competition for sales among the ranks at the factory. At the end, one of the kids fails to make the quota, and the only thing that is launched is a war of words between the adults.
11 November 13, 2002 The Wedding Dance Angie doesn't mind when George offers their backyard for a friend's wedding reception, but his refusal to dance there is causes some havoc. George continues the search for his father.
12 November 20, 2002 Love Bites After George's warning about the evils of boys, Carmen comes home with a hickey given to her by he boyfriend, Angie then George find out then goes after him. Ernie uses Max to meet single moms.
13 November 27, 2002 Guess Who's Coming to Dinner, Honey After learning Benny had a one-night fling with a co-worker 35 years ago, George believes he has finally found his father. He meets Lalo (whose picture bears a striking resemblance to George), and invites him over for Thanksgiving dinner. He finds out that Lalo went gay after breaking up with Benny. George's bond is tested when he learns the truth.
14 December 4, 2002 Charity When Angie finds she has more free time around the house, she volunteers with a variety of charities. Feeling invincible, she soon finds herself joining more organizations than she can handle, and it's up to George and the family to help her get back on track.
15 December 11, 2002 Meet the Cuban Parents When Angie's parents, Victor and Emilina Palmero, come to visit the family for Christmas, George thinks they still believe he's not good enough for their daughter, so he decides to show he can take care of his family without their help and battles it out with Vic for the best Christmas.
16 January 8, 2003 This Old Casa George is sick of being unappreciated by Benny, so with the urging of Angie, he decides to remodel his mother's run-down bathroom. Hoping for a simple thank you, George's plan backfires and Benny continues to be her ungrateful self. After a much needed heart-to-heart, George and Benny realize their significance in each other's lives, and in turn express their gratitude.
17 January 15, 2003 Super Bowl The Lopez family finds out that Benny's estranged brother, Uncle Joe, is dying. George and Angie convince Benny to reconcile with Uncle Joe, but Benny's more interested in getting Joe's Super Bowl tickets but changes her mind when sees him. Meanwhile, since Benny never taught George how to cope with death when he was younger, he has difficulty attending the funeral.
18 February 5, 2003 The Valentine's Day Massacre When George gives Angie a disappointing gift for Valentine's Day, Angie has a flashback to high school in the 1980s when George painted a great mural of her for the holiday. When Angie takes the entire family to look at the mural, only to find out it will soon be torn down, the truth comes out about the origins of the mural.
19 February 12, 2003 Girl Fight After Carmen ends her relationship with her classmate Adam, he tries to ruin her reputation at school out of spite by calling her a whore. George and Angie want to repair the damage, but school counselor Rango Durango, who knew George when they were kids, refuses to right the wrong, prompting Carmen to take action in her own defense.

20 February 26, 2003 George vs. George George and Angie want a loan for Carmen's schooling, but they find out they have bad credit when they go to the bank. George says that it can't be right, but finds out that it actually is another George Lopez, who owns a skateboard shop. When he finds him, he is shocked to find they have the same birthday, social security number, and father, turns out to be George's half-brother. He says he came from a poor family, has no money, and had dropped out of high school. The bank calls and says Arizona State University needs him to pay back his student loan. When he confronts the other George, he finds that his father was actually rich, and that he just needed money, and understands when George makes him leave. In the end, Angie answers the phone and says it is George's father, and that the other George gave him their number. George picks the phone up and hangs it up.

21 March 5, 2003 A Kiss is Just a Kiss As a birthday surprise for Angie, George arranges for her father Vic and sister Gloria to visit for the celebration. Upset about her upcoming divorce and jealous of her sister's marriage to a good man, Gloria makes an inappropriate advance towards George - which Max witnesses.

22 March 12, 2003 Profiles in Courage The airplane parts factory where George works is under consideration by the federal government for more business. Afraid that an employee's ethnic background will hinder the company's chances of getting the contract, George's boss orders him to demote the worker, which leaves George to decide whether or not to jeopardize his career by being ethical. Max forgets to get a gift for his girlfriend after their week anniversary, and seeks an original Super-Ball to win her back.
23 March 26, 2003 Secrets and Lies When Benny learns that George's father, who left her years ago to care for George alone, is now wealthy, she decides that she deserves to get rich herself. After getting drunk on her lunch hour, she falls down on work premises, pretends to be hurt and hires a lawyer to sue the company. When George finds out, he begs his mother not to be dishonest. Meanwhile, Benny continues her rivalry with co-worker Gina.
24 April 2, 2003 Girls Night Out After giving a young ex-gang member, Marisol, a job at the factory and a chance for a new life, George is shocked when Angie takes further pity on Marisol and allows her to live in the Lopez home instead of with her abusive boyfriend. After impressionable Carmen becomes intrigued with Marisol's lifestyle, Angie admits that she may have made a mistake. Meanwhile, Max joins a scouting troop and develops some disturbing new habits.
25 April 23, 2003 I Only Have Eyes for You Carmen's friend Olivia (Ashley Tisdale) is over to study and asks if she may change out of her dress. When Max hears this, he pulls a poster off his wall that had a hole behind it, and uses it to watch her, but Carmen sees him and sprays perfume in his eyes. George shrugs it off and tells Max not to do it again, but Carmen decides to get revenge by taking a picture of Max sleeping with a stuffed animal, which causes Max to be beaten-up at school. While Max is getting stitches, George and Carmen argue, and Carmen says George loves Max more than he does her. George comes to realize that maybe that is true, since he doesn't understand Carmen as well, so he decides to spend some quality time with her so to bond and become more familiar with the person she is.

26 April 30, 2003 Team Leader George has to fill out employee evaluations, but doesn't know what to put for Ernie. He puts all 9's when his mom tells him it is because they are trying to figure out who to lay off. It turns out they were making the top 4 team leaders, which includes Ernie. George wants to take the job because he knows Ernie can't handle it, but doesn't know if he can do it, but Ernie tells him how much he really wants the job. Meanwhile, Angie learns how to sell make-up products.

Guest Starring: Hilary Duff. Masiela Lusha guest-starred on Duff's show Lizzie McGuire, in the episode "Last Year's Model."

27 May 7, 2003 George Has Two Mommies When George and Angie get into major financial trouble when the garage catches fire, Benny secretly asks Lydia (Cristina Saralegui), the second wife of George's estranged father, for help. Meanwhile, George does his best to obtain extra money, leading him to encounter some disreputable characters.
28 May 14, 2003 Long Time No See! After George's estranged father gives him a huge loan to save the family from financial ruin, George vows to visit him in Phoenix. George's difficult personal journey becomes a family vacation when Angie insists on joining him with Benny and Max. Along the way, George reminisces about his upbringing. When he meets Manny, George gives him back the cash and punches him in the face (which Manny arrests him for in the next episode). Back at home, Ernie is starting to get more success with meeting women.

29 September 26, 2003 Dubya, Dad and Dating (Part 1) When the President visits Powers Aviation, George prepares with a hair cut. However, Carmen rebels against his arrival and riots during his speech, which George steals after. When Secret Service agents arrive, George is arrested for assaulting his father. Benny begins dating a factory worker named Randy.

Note: Based on a true story, George really did steal the president's speech, but, unlike the story, returned it as soon as he found out it was a felony.

30 September 26, 2003 Dubya, Dad and Dating (Part 2) After meeting with Manuel, he is freed, but his problems are not over when Jack states George must admit his burglary of the speech and save himself, or he will turn over a tape to the government containing George's act. George then accepts Manny's apologies and invites him to dinner, but Benny invites Randy over and plans to announce their dating that same night!
31 October 3, 2003 The Cuban Missus Crisis Angie discovers that her parents are getting divorced after Emiliana is cheating on Vic, and George becomes nervous about his marriage when Angie's social life improves.
32 October 10, 2003 Feel the Burn George discovers he has a long-lost sister (Eva La Rue); Benny consults her doctor about an embarrassing problem.
33 October 17, 2003 Carmen's Dating Carmen begins seeing the most popular boy in school, but when he won't be seen in public with her, George and Angie intervene to set him straight.
34 October 24, 2003 Split Decision Powers Brothers Aviation lands a huge government project and decides to let everyone have the day off and party at a bar. But George gets in trouble when he lets slip that Mel went to Vegas with Jack's ex-wife -- while they were still married. George fears his firing, but is surprised to find out that Powers is splitting in two. Problems ensue when Mel offers George a job at the new design plant. In the end, the split is cancelled due to the fact that the company would go broke and that a plane with parts from the factory crashes and George fears the contract will get cancelled. Carmen wants to ski with her new friend.
35 October 31, 2003 No One Gets Out Alive The Lopez family turns their home into a haunted house in order to raise money for the factory workers who have lost their salaries as a result of the plane crash investigation involving parts from Powers Aviation.
36 November 7, 2003 Bringing Home the Bacon With his job in jeopardy, George tries to cancel Carmen's expensive quinceañera (15th birthday party). But since Angie is successful with her cosmetics business, she gets to make the financial decisions in the family now—to George's chagrin. Meanwhile, Carmen agonizes over how to tell her boyfriend Jason that she loves him without scaring him away.
37 November 14, 2003 Fishing Cubans This year, Angie decides that she and George should just get something cheap and from the heart for their anniversary due to the family's financial situation. This gives Vic an opening to convince George to help him smuggle his brother Octavio out of Cuba, but they soon rescue Haitians and they have to get past the Coast Guard. Meanwhile, Max has a fake birthday party to get free presents.
38 November 21, 2003 Would You Like a Drumstick or a Kidney? After inviting his extended family to Thanksgiving dinner, George learns his estranged father needs a new kidney.
39 November 28, 2003 Mementos George gets rid of some of Angie's cherished mementos as he prepares to donate a kidney, but Manuel dies soon after, and his wishes was that he refuses George, Benny, and Angie to go to his funeral. Carmen gets a job at a place George had a previous job.
40 December 12, 2003 Christmas Punch At Christmas time, George will stop at nothing to convince Max to continue believing in Santa Claus.
41 January 9, 2004 Why You Crying? George and Angie react with rage after Benny smacks Max for talking back to her and acting out at school. When George and Angie ask Benny to apologize to Max instead she gives Max $20.00 to say that she apologized.
42 January 23, 2004 The Trouble with Ricky When George discovers Max' friend, Ricky (J.B. Gaynor), has a rough home life (like George Lopez), Ernie offers to lend a hand and become Ricky's foster-dad.
43 February 6, 2004 God Needles George George is reluctant to keep his promise to climb the stone path to the ancient Mexican Church of the Virgin of Guadalupe to Max when a miracle seems to save the family dog from being put to sleep.
44 February 13, 2004 Benny and Randy George interferes with Benny and Randy's relationship, causing Randy to break up with Benny. Benny starts to mope around so George goes to have a talk with Randy. George sees that Randy really does love his mother, so he tricks Benny into admitting she cares about Randy, but is just afraid he'll run off like George's father. Randy proposes and Benny accepts.
45 February 20, 2004 Weekend at Benny's When Max and Carmen abuse their items and George's money, George sends them to Benny's for tough love while Angie goes to Vegas for the weekend for a meeting, but returns when the person she substitutes for dies, gets angry at George. In the end, Max and Carmen start to become like Benny.
46 February 27, 2004 Jason Tutors Max Max gets an incredibly sexy new tutor and Carmen has dating troubles with Jason, subsequently resulting in the house turning into a teenage angst. Paris Hilton guest stars as Max's attractive tutor.
47 March 19, 2004 Angie Gets Tanked When George and Angie fill in at the dunk tank for a school fund raiser, a student's prank puts Angie in a very embarrassing position, and George suspects it is a boy that he dislikes, but it is someone they never expected...Jason's little brother. Meanwhile, George becomes fiercely competitive when N.Y. Yankee Kenny Lofton pitches in to raise money for handicapped children.
48 March 26, 2004 The Art of Boxing Vic and George prompt Max to take up at boxing at Laila Ali's school to help him relieve stress. But when he gets a black eye, they must face telling Angie the truth.
49 April 2, 2004 George's House of Cards When Vic loses in poker, he won't pay George and instead opts to just take off $50 from money George owes him for the garage, and their fight leads to him locking up the garage and making sure George receives no clues to opening it...including giving the combination to a dyslexic Max.
50 April 9, 2004 Dance Fever After receiving an award for excellence in business management, George humiliates himself dancing at a congratulatory party in front of his entire staff in order to gain approval from his mom. Meanwhile, Carmen tries to protect the baked goods she's prepared for the Great American Bake Sale from Max, but neglects to protect them from George. Guest Starring Jenna Dewan
51 April 16, 2004 She Drives Me Crazy After Benny proves to be irresponsible while teaching Carmen to drive and she is forced to wear an embarrassing sign, George reluctantly takes it upon himself with disastrous results when Carmen breaks up with Jason.
52 April 30, 2004 George Goes to Disneyland When Max wins an award at school, Angie says she will take him to Disneyland. Finally off for a weekend to go, George attempts to get out of it because of other commitments, but in reality, he just doesn't want to go and see all the things he missed as a child. Carmen also finds a new guy in Zack Powers.
53 May 7, 2004 Bachelor Party Amy (Sandra Bullock) returns and attempts to break up the soon-to-be-married Benny and Randy. And George sees Randy and Amy kissing.
54 May 14, 2004 Wrecking Ball Still furious about her break-up with Randy, Benny takes a golf club to the hood of her boss' car. So when the Powers Aviation factory is vandalized, Benny gets the blame for this too - but it's a crime she didn't commit. Carmen tries to conceal her relationship with the vandal Zack Powers secret.
55 May 21, 2004 What George Doesn't Noah (Part 1) When George discovers Carmen's new boyfriend is cheating on her, he does some snooping to find out who the other girl is. But he is surprised to find there isn't another girl...it's a dude. Then they also discovered that he is not Carmen's boyfriend. Zack Powers is indeed Carmen's boyfriend.

56 May 21, 2004 Now George Noah's Ex-Zack-ly What Happened (Part 2) George and Angie attempt to convince Carmen to dump Zack when he reveals his interest is only in sleeping with her. Randy attempts to win Benny back with a little help from the Commodores. Max finally reaches his goal and graduates the 5th grade. Shortly after, Carmen runs away with Zack to San Francisco.

57 September 28, 2004 George Searches for a Needle in a Haight-Stack Carmen is calling George and Angie on Zack's cell phone, but, upon reaching a verbal argument with her father, Carmen hangs up. Cutting to Carmen, Zack emerges from a nearby beer store, with a beer bottle in his hand Carmen asks, "All that for us?" To which Zack replies, "That's why we are going to stay in a hotel room, so that if you get dizzy, you'll have a bed to lie down on". With Carmen still gone, George goes on a hunt for her and eventually finds her in San Francisco with rapper Chingy. He finally gets her to return home, but the problems aren't over yet. Carmen declares that she is a woman due to her recent experiences and she can do whatever she wants.
58 October 5, 2004 Landlord Almighty When Carmen crazily redecorates her room, George snaps. When Carmen claims she should be able to do to her room what she wants, since she is an adult, George conducts a plan to get her to give up that thought. If Carmen wants to be an adult, she will act like one. She'll be treated as the Lopez family's tenant and pay rent, bills and get her own food. But his plan soon backfires when Carmen doesn't relent and even resorts to getting a roommate who is a little over the edge. George draws the line when Carmen's new roommate has a guy in her room whose name she doesn't even know. Angie explodes and threatens Carmen, who finally gives in and goes back to being George and Angie's daughter, instead of a tenant.
59 October 12, 2004 George of the Rings After George forgets his and Angie's anniversary, he goes to drastic measures to make it up to her. He takes her to a jewelry store, but the ring she picks is far out of George's price range and he must find a way to pay for it - or feel Angie's wrath.
60 October 19, 2004 Home Sweet Homeschool When Carmen's school refuses to let her back in, the recently laid-off Angie agrees to home school her. But the money cut also forces a postponement of George and Angie's wedding.
61 October 26, 2004 Leave It to Lopez When a janitor with no life insurance dies at work, Angie finds out that George has been lying and does not have life insurance either. As Angie hounds him, he dozes off to classic TV which leads to a spoof of such classics as The Munsters, The Jetsons and Leave It To Beaver. Dedicated to Rodney Dangerfield.
62 November 9, 2004 Sk8r Boyz When Max starts hanging out with a new group of friends, everything looks like it is going up for the socially plagued boy. But the friends prove to be a little bit darker than Max, and it ends up getting him in trouble with Max getting arrested.
63 November 16, 2004 The Simple Life When George decides a new job opportunity may be for him, he takes the family to a little town in Colorado on "vacation". But when he gets the job, resistance from Angie as well as springing the news on the kids makes George reconsider his idea. And in a moment of romance, Benny and Vic kiss, to the horror of Ernie.; also Max meets a girl that talks him into smoking, stealing, and making out and Carmen meets a boy who tells her to drink with him.
64 November 23, 2004 Trouble in Paradise A horrible dinner that features a drunk Carmen and dirty secrets about the town, convinces the Lopez that L.A. is still the place for them.
65 November 30, 2004 E.I.? E.I. OH (a.k.a. Cold Opening) When George mistakenly thinks he is going to be named VP of Powers Brothers, he whips out his "VP Dance", only to find the company has merged with another corporation and jobs such as Benny's and Ernie's need to be cut. Plus, George is appointed a new co-manager, a beautiful and cunning woman who George fears will take his job. His fears are confirmed when she tricks George into believing she'll help and presenting George to be a sentimental fool not worthy of the job of manager. But George is able to save his job by showing the Powers Brothers the power of family and also, in a twist, is forced to take a pay cut and promote his co-manager to VP.
66 December 14, 2004 A Clear and Presentless Danger When George thinks back to the lousy Christmas presents from his mother, he gets worried since she drew Max for the family's "Secret Santa" presents. So as a backup, George buys Max a great present, only to find after he gives it to him that Benny has finally come through with a great present.
67 January 11, 2005 Prescription for Trouble When Carmen asks for birth control, George is immediately angry with her reunited boyfriend Jason. But when Jason informs him it was Carmen's idea, George goes on a search to find out the real story, But it's Carmen's idea!
68 January 18, 2005 Friends Don't Let Friends Marry Drunks George is nervous to tell Ernie that his new pregnant girlfriend named Tammy may not have been faithful to him. And after Ernie gets mad at George, George finds out he's going to be best man at their wedding.
69 January 25, 2005 George to the Third Power When George becomes frustrated with Max' dentist, he lobbies to have the company's dental plan changed. Guest starring Michael Clarke Duncan as Max' dentist.
70 February 1, 2005 George Gets Assisterance When George finds out money cuts are forcing Max back into normal classes, he goes to a PTA meeting to voice his opinion, but accidentally spills the beans to his unknowing sister about their family connections.
71 February 8, 2005 Sabes Quake When a 6.2 Earthquake hits the Northridge area, it crudly affects George and Carmen, as they sleep outside for the next few days.
72 February 15, 2005 George Takes a Stroll Down Memory Pain When Benny demands money for a box of George's old things, he is shocked to learn Benny (unbeknownst to him) helped him and Angie start up a life, but she also owes George money from a source he never knew about.
73 February 22, 2005 George Buys a Vow George uses a fake wedding for his boss as a cover to renew his vows with Angie, but with Angie planning the fake wedding, she begins to ask too many details.
74 March 1, 2005 George Watcha's Out for Jason When Angie and George discover Carmen has been going to Jason's unsupervised for the past month, they confront the couple, only to find Jason's parents are out of the country - because they've moved. When Jason goes to jail for throwing a party where drugs were brought, the police have to send him out of town, thus ruining his possible chance at a pro baseball career. Much to George's chagrin, he allows Jason to stay with the Lopez' -- as long as he and Carmen can keep their hands off each other.
75 March 8, 2005 George's Grand Slam With Carmen and Jason grounded for throwing a party at Jason's and getting arrested, neither is able to do much. But George does allow for some bending when it comes to Jason's baseball career which upsets Carmen and her feminist poet friend (Hilary Duff) who is inspiring her anger. When Carmen questions George about going to college, George makes a big mistake in telling Carmen she has no potential.
76 March 29, 2005 George Needs Anchor Management When an old flame of Angie's moves back to town to become a news anchor, George becomes jealous with her giddy excitement over him. But George comes to find out that Angie has not told him the whole story about this former boyfriend.
77 April 12, 2005 George's Relatively Bad Idea George gets caught up in some bad family ties when he lets Vic give him money to go out on a date with his sister. Also George learns the wedding of Tammy and him is done. Also Ernie reveals Benny and Vic kissed

78 May 3, 2005 George's Extreme Makeover: Holmes Edition George turns the garage into a business place for Angie using some old friends, but soon when the building is inspected, George forgets the permits for construction, and the garage is condemned because of some failed constructioning. Jim Belushi plays the building inspector.

Carmen is determined to marry her boyfriend Jason and have a baby, much to George and Angie's dismay. The next morning Jason and his belongings are gone because he did not want to have a baby.
82 October 5, 2005 You Dropped a Mom on Me George gets Benny an advance on her paychecks to look for apartments, but Benny foolishly gambles the money away and moves into her car, which burns down as well. Carmen is determined to marry her boyfriend even though he is still gone.
83 October 12, 2005 George's Dog Days of Bummer George wants to get a companion for his depressed mother, but when a rowdy biker (guest star Duane "Dog" Chapman) refuses to give up the stray dog George's mom has grown to love, George takes to impersonating the mayor. Los Angeles Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa guest stars as himself.
84 October 19, 2005 George Drives the Batmobile Rather than give in to Benny's incessant pleas to buy her a new car, George and Angie agree to drive her around town just to get her out of the house. So, when George picks Benny and her friends up after a wild night on the town, her insensitive wisecracks and his temper gets him into a bit of trouble of his own.

There is a reference to one of George's comedy acts in a part of the episode. When George drives Benny to a restaurant, by the name of "Jack in the Box", George's fast food routine is repeated here, including the restaurant's name and the Mexican worker, which sounds like George with a Mexican accent.

85 October 26, 2005 Trick or Treat Me Right George and Angie's practical jokes are funnier and scarier than ever as Halloween approaches, but as Benny's abusive comments and behavior grow worse, George finds it impossible to laugh things off and threatens to make some big changes.

96 February 22, 2006 George Gets Caught in a Powers Play George tries to teach his niece the meaning of a dollar by making her work at the factory. But Mel falls for Veronica, which causes some problems.
97 March 1, 2006 George Doesn't Trustee Angie's Brother Angie's brother, Ray (Andy Garcia), comes around when he finds out that his daughter, Veronica, is going to inherit the family inheritance. But George is the first to see through Ray's scheme when Ray asks Veronica to tap into her inheritance to invest in a new company. Ray only wants Veronica's money. In the end he tries to walk away at night but is caught by George, and George gives Veronica some of her inheritance to go to fashion college.
98 March 15, 2006 George Helps Ernie See the Cellu-Light George helps Ernie lose weight (20 pounds) before he loses his job, and Ernie threatens to sue the factory for terminating a fat person. He then finds out that Ernie has been gaining weight due to his depression that women reject him.
99 March 22, 2006 George Gets Cross Over Freddie George discovers that Max has begun an online romance with a teenage girl from Chicago. 100 March 29, 2006 George Vows to Make Some Matri-Money In this 100th episode of the series a special guest star is...Eva Longoria. So anyway George takes over planning a wedding for one of Angie's rich clients (Eva Longoria) in order to prove he can do her job better than she can.
101 April 5, 2006 George Discovers How Mescal-ed Up His Life Would Have Been Without the Benny-Fits Benny gets really mad when she discovers that George has rigged the results of a productivity contest at the factory against her favor. Later, George drinks tequila (with the worm) and hallucinates his living Ernie's life, with Ernie living his life.
102 April 12, 2006 It's a Cliffhanger, By George "Season Finale"- Everything hangs in the balance for the entire Lopez family: Ernie tells George that the factory is moving to Mexico and they'll both be out of jobs; after Benny reunites with her ex, Ernie tells George that man robbed a convenience store and calls the cops, though it is for a past crime Benny committed; Angie has been feeling sick for days and awaits the results of a home pregnancy test; Carmen is afraid to open her final college letter after being rejected by her first three choices; Max has swiped a forbidden beer and is about to sample his first alcohol; and Vic prepares to propose marriage to a younger woman he barely knows. This was the last episode in which Masiela Lusha/Carmen featured.

The jokes during Carmen's rejection by colleges were used earlier when carmen was trying to find a private school.

Powers Aviation's workers are worried when a rumor spreads that the new owner of the factory is moving it to Mexico and everyone loses their jobs...and George finds out it is true!
120 May 8, 2007 George Decides to Stay-Local Where It's Familia In the series finale, a multi-millionaire (played by special guest star Edward James Olmos) buys Powers Aviation and asks George to stay on board if he's willing to consider making some major life changes (e.g. moving to Phoenix, Arizona; ironically, or coincidentally, the same city his father lived in, but this is not said in the episode). George almost agrees, but soon agrees to a factory boycott when everyone comes and tells him how much they'll miss him, including Benny. The owner agrees to keep the original workers and gives George the factory. This was the last episode of George Lopez.
