Son of Maria Sanchez and Lorenzo Alcazar. Was raised thinking that Maria (his mother) was his sister because she did not want his father, Lorenzo, to realize he was alive. After discovering who his parents actually were he became obsessed with stalking the girls involved with his cousin Sage's death. Schemed with Lulu Spencer to break up Dillon Quartermaine & Georgie Jones. Thought to have been shot to death by Sam McCall in self-defense, but resurfaced in February 2008 as the Text Message Killer. Was killed once and for all in March 2008 after being pushed off a catwalk by Nikolas Cassadine.

Had an on and off relationship with Carly and eventually they got married but after she admitted to still being in love with Sonny, Lorenzo ended the marriage. Recently he and Skye Quartermaine decided to turn their long time friendship and flirtation into something more and made love. Lorenzo stayed by her side as Skye fought off the virus that swept through Port Charles going as far as to risk Lulu's life to save Skye's. Soon after she was well, Skye found out she was pregnant shocking them both because Skye was told previously it would be impossible for her to conceive a child. Double-crossed by Skye in an act of revenge after kidnapping their daughter in 2007, which led to his death at the hands of Jason Morgan.

Then got a job working security at the same hotel, until Sonny Corinthos found out he was one of the hostage takers, and was now working for Sonny, by being a cop at the PCPD to feed Sonny and Jason information. He was found dead in January 2008 in what appeared to be a suicide, however, it is likely that he was murdered by Diego Alcazar.

Currently lives in Wyndemere Castle Was conceived when his father, Stavros, kidnapped his mother, Laura, and forced her to marry him and held her captive on the Cassadines' private Greek island. Laura eventually escaped but knew that the Cassadine's would kill her if she ever tried to contact her son so she kept him a secret for years. Nikolas was brought to Port Charles by his Uncle Stefan, when they found out that his half-sister Lulu needed a bone marrow transplant. He is currently raising his son, Spencer Cassadine, with the love of his life, Emily Quartermaine. His former fiancee` and Spencer's mother Courtney died from complications due to childbirth after the encephalitis epidemic. After Courtney died, Jax decided to keep his true paternity secret so that he could raise the boy as his son. Nikolas learned the truth from Robin Scorpio and was reunited with his child. Held captive in his own home after the Metro Court crisis, by Jerry Jacks, who he knew as James Craig, in order to obtain a new identity.

Was conceived despite the fact that Courtney suffered a miscarriage years before and was told she could never again have children. Initially believed to have been the son of Courtney's ex-husband Jasper "Jax" Jacks but was, in fact, Nikolas' son. After Courtney died giving birth, Jax decided to keep his true paternity secret so that he could raise him as his son. However, thanks to Robin Scorpio, Nikolas learned the truth and Spencer was reunited with his father.

Lawyer. Was raised as Mikkos's niece after Helena killed her mother. Got pregnant at 16 and gave the baby up for adoption, She and Mikkos were the only ones to know. Did her own re-enactment of 'The Runaway Bride' and ended up not marrying Ned Ashton. Found her long lost sister Kristina, only to have her killed in an explosion meant to take out Sonny. Named her daughter after her sister who was killed when she was pregnant. Tried to hide the fact that Sonny is Kristina's father, with the help of Ned Ashton. Married Ric despite finding out he only got involved with her when he found out Kristina was Sonny's daughter. Hates the Cassadine way of life.

She and Robert sparred when they first meet but the duo became quickly attracted to one another. Robert and Katherine became engaged, but Duke's death interrupted their marriage which was indefinitely postponed. After realizing he couldn't fully commit to her, she broke off their relationship and left in 1990 with adopted son, King Delafield.

It is not known whether Sean was the father of the child, as Jessica was murdered by Ryan Chamberlain.

Son of Noah Drake. An arrogant neurosurgeon, Dr. Patrick Drake was brought to Port Charles by Robin Scorpio to perform a life saving surgery on Jason Morgan. Robin originally found Patrick's father, Noah to try and perform the surgery but Noah had become a serious alcoholic and was not willing to do the surgery. Noah recommended the next best thing: his son Patrick. Father and son had had a falling out years earlier over the death of Patrick's mother and when Patrick found out that his father had recommended him to Robin he refused to be involved. Robin eventually convinced him and he performed the surgery and saved Jason's life. Patrick, a notorious ladies man, ended up sticking around General Hospital and he and Robin ended up falling in love. Ends up finding out that he is the father of Robins kid.

A few days after the remarriage of her parents, Laura faded back into her catatonic state, but not before telling Lulu that she believes she(Laura) is innocent, and didn't really kill Rick Webber. Now Lulu is hellbent on finding out the truth about what really happened in the Scorpio attic that night four years ago, and proving her mother's innocence, hoping that somehow telling her mother the truth might possibly bring her back; or even if it doesn't, at least Lulu will know the truth. However, when she figured out that Scott Baldwin killed Rick Webber and let Laura take the fall for it, she is struggling with what to do next. Should she let the secrets of the past stay buried and let everyone go on living their lives? Or should she tell her father the truth and what she has discovered? The only bad repurcussion that would come from that is that it would emotionally destroy Luke knowing that he was wrong in telling Laura that she had done the deed, and essentially Luke in a way caused her catatonia.
