This is a list of episodes for the Cartoon Network animated television series Dexter's Laboratory. Each thirty-minute episode usually includes two to three shorts.

Maternal Combat — Dexter creates a "Mom-Droid" to do his mother's chores when she falls ill. However, Dee Dee gets a hold of the remote to the robot and wreaks havoc, so Dexter builds a "Super Mom-Droid" to combat the original.

Dexter Dodgeball — Fed up with losing at dodgeball, Dexter builds a robot to play for him.

Dial M for Monkey: Rasslor — Intergalactic wrestling champion Rasslor comes to Earth looking for a new opponent, and challenges all of Earth's superheroes. However, Rasslor refuses to wrestle Monkey due to his size.

Dexter's Assistant — In need of an assistant for the science fair, Dexter makes his sister smart enough to fill the role.

Dexter's Rival — Mandark enrolls at Dexter's school, quickly overshadowing Dexter.

Dial M for Monkey: Simion — An intelligent chimpanzee enlists Monkey's in getting revenge on the humans who created him.

Old Man Dexter — When Dexter attempts to accelerate his aging so he can stay up late, he goes a bit too far.

Double Trouble — In order to rid himself of Dee Dee, Dexter clones himself. However, Dee Dee, and her friends, Mee Mee and Lee Lee do the same.

Dial M for Monkey: Barbequor — Monkey's birthday is interrupted by Barbequor, a villain who wants to roast Earth for his next meal.

Changes — Dee Dee and Dexter test his latest invention, a device that turns people into animals.

Jurassic Pooch — Dexter creates a Tyranosaurus Rex that has the brain and heart of a dog.

Dial M for Monkey: Orgon Grindor — A space creature with an Italian accent takes over Monkey's mind during his date with Agent Honeydew.

Dimwit Dexter — Dexter overworks himself and overloads his brain, temporarily becoming stupid.

Game Over — Dexter becomes trapped in an evil video game world.

Babysitter Blues — Unable to win the heart of his babysitter, Dexter ages himself in the hopes of having better luck.

The Justice Friends: Valhallen's Room — When Valhallen loses his magic "axe" and starts to transform into a geek, Krunk and Major Glory venture into his room to find it.

Dream Machine — Dexter's nightmares become a problem, so he has Dee Dee operate a dream machine to fix it.

Dollhouse Drama — After Dexter shrinks himself to doll size, he becomes an unwilling character in Dee Dee's doll story.

The Big Cheese — Dexter tries to learn French in his sleep, but wakes up and finds that he can only say "Omelette du fromage" (cheese omelet).

Way of the Dee Dee — Dee Dee tries to get Dexter to loosen up.

The Justice Friends: Say Uncle Sam — Major Glory's uncle, Sam, is about to pay a visit, but the apartment's in no shape for company.

Tribe Called Girl — Wanting to learn more about girls, Dexter spies on Dee Dee and her friends.

Spacecase — To get rid of some aliens, Dexter offers Dee Dee as a test subject.

The Justice Friends: Ratman — While trying to fix the toilet, the Justice Friends find a Ratman living in their basement.

Dexter's Debt — Dexter's lab is threatened with repossession when he receives a 200 million dollar bill from NASA.

Dexter's Rival — This segment is repeated from the third episode.

The Justice Friends: Bee Where? — Major Glory is unnerved by a bee in the apartment.

Mandarker — Following "Dexter's Rival", Mandark returns to gets revenge and turns to magic to best Dexter, but his efforts put Dee Dee in danger instead. 
13 "Inflata Dee Dee"/"The Justice Friends: Can't Nap"/"Monstory"  January 1, 1997 113

Inflata Dee Dee — Dee Dee tries on Dexter's inflatable suit, and is swept away on the wind.

The Justice Friends: Can't Nap — Valhallen invites White Tiger to the apartment, forgetting that Major Glory is allergic to cats.

Monstory — Hoping to silence Dee Dee, Dexter gives her a silencing potion however, he grabs the wrong vial and turns her into a monster by mistake.

Quackor the Fowl — Mandark doesn't know that his pet duck is really Quackor the Fowl, Monkey's rival. Quackor overhears Mandark talking in his sleep about destroying Dexter's lab and tries to do it, unaware that Monkey is Dexter's pet.

Ant Pants — Dexter and Dee enter Dexter's ant farm. 
15 "Mom and Jerry"/"Chubby Cheese"/"That Crazy Robot"  December 30, 1997 202

Mom and Jerry — Dexter switches his brain with a mouse, and must avoid his mother when she decides to exterminate him. A parody of Tom and Jerry.

Chubby Cheese — At the Chubby Cheese pizza restaurant, Dexter wears a Chubby Cheese hat and tries to slow down the Whack The Weasel machine to win a stuffed Monkey doll before Dee Dee does. Chubby Cheese is a parody of Chuck E. Cheese.

That Crazy Robot — One of Dexter's robots becomes Dee Dee's servant, willing to destroy anyone who is mean to her or scolds her, including Dexter. 
16 "D & DD"/"Hamhocks and Armlocks"  January 6, 1998 203

D & DD — When Dexter's friends tire of the complicated traps he sets up as Dungeon Master, they put Dee Dee in charge for a change of pace.

Hamhocks and Armlocks — Dexter's father gets challenged to an arm wrestling match against a local champion at a truck stop, so Dexter builds him a robotic arm to help him win the match. 
17 "Hunger Strikes"/"The Koos is Loose"/"Morning Stretch"  January 13, 1998 204

Hunger Strikes — Dexter uses radiation therapy so he can like vegetables, but the therapy has consequences if Dexter goes too long without them.

The Koos is Loose — Dee Dee's imaginary friend comes to life.

Morning Stretch — Dexter creates a helmet that expands thirty seconds into thirty minutes, but realizes that slowing down time is more detrimental than helpful.

Dee Dee Locks and the Ness Monster — Dexter's mother makes Dexter read to Dee Dee when she's sick, but she makes up her own story after being bored by Dexter's story.

Backfire — Dexter fuses Dee Dee with the family car.

Book 'Em — Dexter takes a library book without checking it out, so he and Dee Dee try to put it back without being caught.

Sister's Got a Brand New Bag — Dee Dee's new dance annoys Dexter to no end.

Shoo, Shoe Gnomes — Dexter calls upon the "shoe gnomes" to repair his boots, but can't rid himself of them afterwards.

Lab of the Lost — Dexter ends up in the "old part of the lab" where his earliest inventions, long since forgotten, are not too happy to see him.

Labels — Dexter and Dee Dee label everything in the house.

Game Show — Dexter and Dee Dee compete against each other on a game show.

Fantastic Boyage — Dexter tries to inject himself into Dee Dee to find a cure to the common cold, but ends up inside his dog.

Filet of Soul — Dexter and Dee Dee want to give their dead fish a proper burial, but are haunted by spirits of all dead goldfish.

Golden Diskette — In a spoof of Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, Dee Dee finds a "golden diskette" allowing her and Dexter to enter Professor Hawk's (a spoof of Steven Hawking) computer factory. Naturally, Dee-Dee destroys everything.

Snowdown — When Dee Dee's snowball skills outclass Dexter, their father trains him to be the snowball terror he was at their age.

*Figure Not Included — Dexter can't join his local Major Glory gang because he doesn't have an action figure, so he makes his own.

Mock 5 — To race in the "Annual Soapbox Derby down Volcano Mountain", Dexter and his father build the "Mock 5", but run into trouble when the mysterious "Racer D" gets involved. A parody of Speed Racer

Ewww That's Growth — Tired of his small stature, Dexter makes himself taller.

Nuclear Confusion — Dee Dee hides the power core to Dexter's nuclear lamp, and he must decipher her clues before it explodes.

Germ Warfare — Dee Dee gets her germs all over Dexter's lab.

A Hard Day's Day — Dexter needs to find a way to move the moon, which is blocking Saturn and its "science waves."

Road Rash — Dexter's parents get him a bike for exercise, but he's unable to catch Dee Dee on her inline skates.

Ocean Commotion — Dexter's family goes to the beach, where Dexter tries to communicate with whales. Meanwhile, after giving up on catching Moby Dick, Captain Ahab decides to capture Dee-Dee (because she's wearing a mermaid bathing suit and they think she's a real one) instead. 
25 "The Bus Boy"/"The Justice Friends: Things That Go Bonk in the Night"/"Ol' McDexter"  March 3, 1998 212

The Bus Boy — A couple of girls knock Dexter's pencil into the deep, dark back of the bus, which legend says no one returns from.

The Justice Friends: Things That Go Bonk in the Night — After a Puppet Pals marathon, Krunk dreams the Puppet Pals are attacking puppet versions of Major Glory and Valhallen.

Ol' McDexter — Dexter becomes disappointed when he ends up at an Amish farm instead of the high-tech farm for summer camp.

Sassy Come Home — Dexter hunts for Sasquatch.

Photo Finish — Dee Dee photographs Dexter's lab, and Dexter has to get the film back before his mother sees the pictures.

Star Check Unconventional — Dexter and his friends try to escape a doll convention while dressed as "Star Check" characters.

Dexter is Dirty — Tired of bathing, Dexter laminates himself to keep himself clean.

Dee Dee Be Deep — Dee Dee becomes a booming bass after Dexter attempts to improve her singing.

911 — When an Action Hank episode is interrupted by the Emergency Broadcast System, Dexter travels around the world to solve the problem.

Down in the Dumps — Dee Dee's favorite teddy bear gets sent to the dump.

Dee Dee's Tail — Dee Dee complains that she's tired of just pretending to be a Pony Puff Princess, so Dexter turns her into one.

No Power Trip — Dexter uses too much power, causing his laboratory to shut down until he can recharge it. However, he can't find something to do that.

Sister Mom — Dexter is afraid to bring his mother to see his principal, so he disguises Dee Dee as her.

The Laughing — Dexter is bitten by a clown's dentures, causing him to turn into a clown every night.

Dexter's Lab: A Story — Dexter gives his Labrador Retriever a way to speak English.

Coupon for Craziness — Dexter gets traded with an average child who has scientist parents.

Better Off Wet — Dexter sits on the roof of a house and tries to avoid being pushed into the pool by his father.

Critical Gas — Dexter thinks he only has thirty minutes to live after eating an extra-large burrito.

Let's Save the World You Jerk! — Dexter has to team up with Mandark to prevent asteroids from destroying Earth.

Rushmore Rumble — Dexter and Mandark bring the Abraham Lincoln and George Washington faces on Mount Rushmore to life

A Boy and His Bug — When Dexter neglects his pet bug, which he created to devour the things Dee Dee destroys, it begins eating his lab.

You Vegetabelieve It! — Dexter's growth formula causes the plants in the garden to grow to enormous size. 
40 "Aye Aye Eyes"/"Dee Dee and the Man"  July 1, 1999 227

Aye Aye Eyes — A little girl with big eyes follows Dexter everywhere after he returns a doll she dropped.

Dee Dee and the Man — Dexter "fires" Dee Dee, only to realize that the chaos she causes has been helping him concentrate. To that end, he searches for a replacement sister. 
41 "Old Flame"/"Don't Be a Hero"/"My Favorite Martian"  July 8, 1999 228

Old Flame — Dexter brings the caveman who first discovered fire back from the past.

Don't Be a Hero — Dexter tries to turn himself into a superhero, but discovers that hero work is not all it's cracked up to be.

My Favorite Martian — Dexter travels to Mars to find intelligent life, unaware that Dee Dee has stowed away in his capsule. 
42 "Paper Route Bout"/"The Old Switcharooms"/"Trick or Treehouse"  July 15, 1999 229

Paper Route Bout — Dee Dee's paper route is threatened by a team of rogue bicyclists (dressed as ninjas) who cause trouble (This is the first segment where Dexter doesn't appear).

The Old Switcharooms — Dexter's father makes him and Dee Dee stay in each other's rooms as punishment for running into him (then his bowling trophy breaks), leaving Dexter to worry about the fate of his lab.

Trick or Treehouse — Dee Dee builds a treehouse and won't let Dexter inside.

Quiet Riot — Dexter tries to get some sleep, which is complicated by Dee Dee's counterproductive attempts to make sure he has quiet.

Accent You Hate — A school bully picks on Dexter because of the way he talks.

Catch of the Day — Dexter's father tries to get himself and Dexter to his fishing spot before the sun comes up and anybody else gets there.

Dad is Disturbed — Dexter's father tries to watch a golf tournament.

Framed — When Dexter's glasses break, he creates a new trend.

That's Using Your Head — Dexter thinks a crazy homeless person wearing a metal hat really can communicate with aliens, so he takes the man to his lab to improve the reception of his hat.

DiM — Dexter deals with the annoyances of the hardware superstore to get a light bulb.

Just an Old Fashioned Lab Song... — Dexter takes piano lessons, discovering he has more musical aptitude than he thought.

Repairanoid — Dexter enlists the aid of an electrical repairman to improve the electrics in the lab.

Sdrawkcab — Dexter invents a belt that makes its wearer do everything backwards, but Dee Dee gets her hands on the directional switch.

The Continuum of Cartoon Fools — Dexter tries to figure out how Dee Dee keeps getting into his lab.

Sun, Surf, and Science — Mandark enters a surfing contest to win Dee Dee's heart from another surfer. He sets traps in the ocean to sabotage his rival, only to discover that Dee Dee is in the contest as well (This is the second segment that Dexter doesn't appear). 
47 "Big Bots"/"Gooey Aliens That Control Your Mind"/"Misplaced in Space"  August 19, 1999 234

Big Bots — Dexter and Dee Dee, using their giant robots, try to save an island's population from being destroyed by a volcano. However, they keep getting in each other's way.

Gooey Aliens That Control Your Mind — Dexter's parents and Dee Dee have their minds taken over by an alien life form that escaped Dexter's lab.

Misplaced in Space — A transporter malfunction sends Dexter to an alien world. 
48 "Dee Dee's Rival"/"Pslightly Psycho"/"Game for a Game"  August 26, 1999 235

Dee Dee's Rival — Mandark's sister, Olga Astronominoff (or "Lalavava"), tries to upstage Dee Dee at dance school. To help their sisters, Dexter and Mandark build the two girls dancing mechanoids.

Pslightly Psycho — It's Mother's Day, but Dexter's mother can't find her trademark gloves and her family teases her by doing a very poor job trying to clean the house.

Game for a Game — Dee Dee claims she can beat Dexter in any game, but fails to realize that Dexter can think up very confusing games. 
49 "Blackfoot and Slim"/"Trapped with a Vengeance"/"The Parrot Trap"  September 2, 1999 236

Blackfoot and Slim — A nature documentary team observes "Blackfoot" (Dexter) and "Slim" (Dee Dee) in their "natural habitat".

Trapped with a Vengeance — The school janitor plans revenge on Dexter for making him stay late every night until Dexter leaves.

The Parrot Trap — Dexter has to keep his robot parrot from telling his parents about his lab. 
50 "Dexter and Computress Get Mandark!"/"The Justice Friends: Pain in the Mouth"/"Dexter Vs. Santa Claws"  September 9, 1999 237

Dexter and Computress Get Mandark! — The premise of this short is that it was written and animated by a six-year-old boy. The story follows Dexter and Mandark's robot "brother", Computress teaming up to make Mandark's head shrink.

The Justice Friends: Pain in the Mouth — Krunk gets a tortilla chip stuck in his tooth, and Major Glory decides to pull it out himself.

Dexter Vs. Santa Claws — Dexter tries to prove to Dee Dee that "Santa" is really their father. 
51 "Dyno-Might"/"LABretto"  September 16, 1999 238

Dyno-Might — Blue Falcon asks Dexter to fix Dyno-Mutt, but Dexter's improvements turn Dyno-Mutt into a killing machine.

LABretto — Dexter's life is shown in opera form.

During a trip to Japan as part of a student exchange program, Dexter accidentally releases a giant monster with an axe-like head from a volcano. The monster proves invulnerable to all attacks, so Dexter has to reveal the existence of his lab to his family in order to gather the firepower to stop it. They each get a futuristic veichle, which combine into a giant robot to fight the monster. The robot and robot battle are possibly a spoof of Mighty Morphin Power Rangers

Sole Brother — Dexter accidentally becomes Dee Dee's foot when the two fuse together.

Mind Over Chatter — Dexter accidentally gives himself telepathy that he can't shut off when trying to overhear his father's thoughts..

A Quackor Cartoon — Quackor returns to battle Monkey in Dexter's Lab.

Momdark — Mandark disguises himself as Dexter's mother to get into Dexter's Lab. 
55 "Copping an Aptitude"/"A Failed Lab Experiment"/"The Grand-Daddy of All Inventions"  November 30, 2001 303

Copping an Aptitude — Dexter's school and parents decide to send him to college. Though Dexter is happy to be there, college turns out to be a bad influence on him.

A Failed Lab Experiment — Dexter's new device, made to help him see through solid objects, fails to work as expected.

The Grand-Daddy of All Inventions — During a trip to his grandfather's house, Dexter learns that the outwardly boring old man has a lab just like his own.
