[edit] Ghost Villains

These are the ghostly villains seen in various episodes of the series. Ghost is a generic term meaning any being from the Ghost Zone. They are either beings that originated in the Ghost Zone, (such as Clockwork and The Observants), or the wandering spirits of deceased humans, (such as Desiree and The Dairy King). Most ghosts exhibit a standard array of powers such as flying, invisibility, intangibility, possession/'overshadowing,' and shapeshifting.

An important note concerning ghosts is that they all respect the Christmas Truce, a tradition occurring on Christmas Day in which all ghosts lay aside their grudges and enjoy twenty-four hours of peace.

[edit] The Lunch Lady Ghost

The Lunch Lady Ghost appeared in the very first episode of the series, "Mystery Meat", the Lunch Lady Ghost was Danny's first major opponent. She does not like seeing the cafeteria's meat-based menu change in any way. She breaks through the Fenton's Ghost Zone portal and terrorizes the town after the menu is changed to ultra-vegetarian. She is the first ghost captured in the Fenton Thermos by Danny. She later appeared in "Prisoners of Love", where she had been captured by Walker's police and put to work in the prison cafeteria as well as various cameos throughout the show and is one of the many ghosts who helped save Christmas in "The Fright Before Christmas". In an alternate future, she is married to the Box Ghost and has a daughter (named Box Lunch). Despite this, she does not appear in "The Ultimate Enemy".

In addition to power over all things pertaining to lunch, she can also control food (namely meat), to the point of forming it around herself as a giant meat monster. Jazz referred to her as "Lunch-abelle" (a pun on Oscar Mayer's Lunchables food line).

[edit] The Box Ghost

Usually serving as a cameo, The Box Ghost first appeared in "One of a Kind". Box Ghost makes his attack on a warehouse, returning by the end the same episode by entering Danny's class only for him to be defeated again. In "Splitting Images", Box Ghost makes the attack on Danny at the opening, and actually manages to best him. The Box Ghost returns in the end with his new name, "The Mechanical Frog Ghost", but he immediately changes his mind when the mechanical frog malfunctions. In "Prisoners of Love", he meets Danny at an area in the Ghost Zone where human-world objects are kept. Walker and his lackeys eventually arrest them both. In prison, Box Ghost and all the ghosts teamed up with Danny to escape.

He made a brief appearance in "Lucky in Love" while Danny was on a picnic with Paulina (actually Kitty in disguise) only to be beaten up by Danny to impress her. He showed briefly in "Life Lessons" where he was used as bait by Skulker to lure Danny and Valerie, chased by the latter by end. He returned in Reign Storm where he displayed his new power to control bubble wrap. He, along with the other ghosts, teamed up to stop Pariah Dark. He briefly appears in "Identity Crisis", taking offense to Danny and his friend's lack of care towards his already low level of threat.

In the alternate future of "The Ultimate Enemy", he and the Lunch Lady Ghost are married and have a child (humorously called Box Lunch). His future self is muscular, and had an eyepatch and a hook, due to injuries sustained by Dark Danny. He is considerably more dangerous and violent in this future. He is also more powerful than his present self, able to fire cube-shaped ectoplasmic constructs of destructive energy. It should also be noted that this version is no longer the comedic relief he once was but a more serious, sadistic old man who wants nothing other than revenge.

Box Ghost is one of the ghosts who helped Danny save Christmas in "The Fright Before Christmas". He later makes another appearance in Secret Weapons, where he traps Tucker and Sam and fights Danny. He ends up escaping after Danny was sucked into the Fenton Thermos (yet again) by his sister Jazz.

His biggest (and only main) appearance took place in "Boxed Up Fury", when he steals Pandora's Box after frustration from the lack of fear he inputs in others, forcing Danny to seek her himself in order to stop him which they eventually succeeds with Pandora ultimately forcing Box Ghost to tidy up the mess he created.

The Box Ghost's final appearance is in the series finale, Phantom Planet. He is seen only briefly on a few occasions, once being defeated by Vlad's team of Ghost Hunters, the Masters Blasters, and again as one of the many ghosts to help Danny and Skulker turn the entire planet intangible so that an asteroid can pass through it.

The Box Ghost has the standard ghost powers of intangibility, invisibility, and flight. He has the ability to control boxes, and to put out the items inside. In "Reign Storm", he gains the ability to control bubble wrap as well. In "The Ultimate Enemy", the future version of Box Ghost has gained the power to create energy cubes out of thin air. In Boxed Up Fury, after he stole Pandora's Box he temporarily gained unlimited evil power which made him unstoppable.

Skulker is a ghost who introduces himself as a great predator. First appearing in "One of a Kind", Skulker hunts down rare and unusual items, and he fancies himself as a collector of all things rare and unique. His primary goal is to one day capture Danny Phantom. He wears high-tech battle armor and is often seen in the services of Vlad Plasmius.

Inside the supersuit, he's a small green ghost with short arms and legs and a squeaky little voice. In "Micro Management", Skulker upgrades his battlesuit into a more advanced suit of armor. He returns it to the original form in "Double Cross My Heart", where it got confiscated by the Guys in White.

In the alternate future of "The Ultimate Enemy", he and Technus have combined into one high-tech, dual personality superghost, called SkulkTech 9.9. In "Girl's Night Out", it is revealed that he's Ember McLain's boyfriend and because she criticized his hunting skills, tried to catch Danny to impress her, only to be defeated by Jack Fenton.

He is shown to be one of Danny's more dangerous and constant enemies, appearing many times throughout the series. Although Danny and Skulker are usually enemies, they will occasionally join forces to battle a greater danger such as Pariah Dark and the asteroid in ‘Phantom Planet’. In many cases Skulker takes on the role as the leader of the ghosts.

Nicolai Technus is a recurring ghost and the self-proclaimed "Master of Technology (and All Things Electronic and Beeping)". Mostly all of the time, he always talks about himself with the opening, "I, Technus,...". In reality, he is more of a "Master of Really Long-Winded Introductions," as he spends more time gloating about his evil plans than he does executing said plans (although he later upgraded himself to undo this flaw). Technus has the ability to control and merge together with technology, similar to the Lunch Lady, only with technology and not meat.

The first time he appears Technus sports a blue lab coat, long white hair and resembles the typical mad professor stereotype except for his sunglasses. From "Identity Crisis" and onwards, Technus changes his appearance and fixes a few minor weaknesses as the result of giving himself an "upgrade". The new Technus, dubbed "Technus 2.0" sports a mullet, a new wardrobe, and the ability to control a wider variety of gadgets at once. He declared his upgrade when he found an electronic store with plasma screen and surround sound. He is also one of the ghost who helped Danny in "The Fright before Christmas". He also doesn't shout out his plans as often as he used to either. Though it eventually stopped working, in "Flirting with Disaster, Technus attempts to get Danny and Valerie into a relationship, so that he can get control of a super satellite that gives him control of all of the computers in the world without Danny interfering. In the process of his plan, he upgrades Valerie's ghost-hunting suit, giving her a new look and making her generally more powerful.

In the alternate future of "The Ultimate Enemy", he and Skulker have combined into one high-tech, dual personality superghost, called SkulkTech, where the two combined prove to be a most formidable foe for Danny Phantom, but also seem to have problems cooperating with each other. His name is a pun on the physicist Nikola Tesla.

First appearing in What You Want, Desiree is a ghost who travels the world granting anyone's deepest desires (wishes and desires expressed verbally i.e. "I wish..." or "I want...". However, the wishes usually have disastrous results or consequences. The more wishes she grants, the more powerful she becomes. The name Desiree is based on the French word which means 'wish'. Her name even resembles the word desire.

Prior to her life as a ghost, Desiree was a harem girl who won the heart of a sultan. He promised to grant her her heart's desire, a kingdom of her very own, but then she was cast away from the palace by the sultan's jealous wife. Dying of a broken heart (and old age though she somehow regained her youthful form as a ghost), Desiree wandered around as a ghost, forever stuck granting whatever wishes people desire, usually with dire consequences (she can never love). When her origin is being told, it appears that she wasn't evil at first, but eventually grew bitter and envious of her "masters'" happiness, and apparently decided to have wishes end up turning against the wisher.

At some point in history, her spirit somehow ended up in a genie's bottle and was on display at a swap market. There, a spoiled little girl accidentally freed her and was granted her wish for cotton candy, thus producing a tidal wave of it that destroyed the market.

In the present, she continued to grant other wishes: Dash turning into a Hulk-like creature, Paulina turning into a cute and popular anime character, and giving a surfer's car the uncontrollable power of flight. When Tucker wished for ghost powers (who was jealous of Danny), she gave him powers that consumed him and turned him evil. A rivalry between him and Danny then took place. Eventually Danny captures Desiree by wishing her to disappear into the thermos. ("If I weren't a C student, I would have thought of that five days ago.")

She had a brief cameo in "Prisoners of Love" as one of the many ghosts in jail (and later broken free).

She later got another starting role in Memory Blank when she arrived in time for the meteor shower about to show during Paulina's quinceañera. When Sam accidentally wished she never met Danny after they had a fight, Desiree granted it and created a world where Danny did not know Sam, thus never gaining his ghost powers (which was caused in part, because of Sam). Sam struggled to get Danny his powers back (which she successfully did), and a now inexperienced Danny Phantom tried in vain to control his 'new' powers to stop Desiree who kept getting stronger due to the vast amount of wishes being made during the meteor shower. Sam finally then wishes to take back the wish she made prior, causing Danny's memory to be restored and to once more seal Desiree, through which she remarks, "I have got to stop granting every wish I hear!".

She had another small cameo in Reign Storm when Skulker led millions of ghosts out of the Ghost Zone.

She returned again in The Fright Before Christmas as one of the many ghosts who helped Danny save Christmas, and was seen briefly in the series finale, Phantom Planet, first getting attacked by Vlad's ghost hunting team, 'The Masters Blasters' and then helping Danny, Skulker, and millions of other ghosts turning the entire planet intangible, so that a massive asteroid could pass through it.

[edit] Vulture Ghosts

The Vulture Ghosts are the three 2,008-years-old ghosts minions of Vlad Plasmius. They appear in "Bitter Reunions", looking for Jack Fenton to kill him if not for Danny's interfere. They are faithful to Vlad and do everything they can to obey him, although at times tends to complain. They reappear in "The Million Dollar Ghost", "Reign Storm", "The Fright Before Christmas", briefly in "Eye for an Eye" and their final appearance is in "Phantom Planet" as three of the many ghosts who helped Danny and Skulker turn the planet Earth intangible so an asteroid could pass through it. Their loyalty to Vlad seems to simply be the fact the half-ghost is much too powerful for them and they are shown being afraid of him.

[edit] Walker

• Voice Actor: James Arnold Taylor

A very strict skull-faced vigilante ghost and warden who runs the prison of the Ghost Zone with the help of numerous lackeys. Describing himself as "Judge, executioner, jury, executioner, jailer, and if necessary, executioner" (as one might guess, he loves the "executioner" part of the job), all who would dare break the law of the Ghost Zone faces him. His name is a possible reference to Walker: Texas Ranger.

His debut in "Prisoner of Love" shows him sentencing Danny to 1000 years in the prison for violating one of Walker's rules (Danny allegedly brought a non-ghost item into the Ghost Zone). Walker lives and exists to keep his 'fellow' ghosts incarcerated in his prison. Most of Walker's "rules" are made up off of the top of his head and change as the situation demands, all so he has an excuse to lock ghosts up. However, Danny escaped while at the same time letting loose every ghost in the prison, prompting the warden to have a personal vendetta against him.

Marshall Walker later returns for revenge in "Public Enemies", for Danny Phantom when he released all of his prisoners. So, he sent his lackeys to overshadow the main people of Amity Park, planning to frame Danny by making him Amity Park's #1 public enemy. Walker ultimately succeeds when in City Hall, he tricks the town into thinking that Danny was attacking the mayor (who Walker was possessing). In the end, Walker, his goons, and Wulf (a prisoner of his) were banished back into the Ghost Zone by the Fenton Bazooka, with Walker vowing to return. Technically, Walker actually beat Danny, since his plan to turn Danny's town against him worked. However, after "Reign Storm", public opinion of Danny Phantom has reversed as more than 60% consider him a hero.

He has appearances in cameos in "Reign Storm" and "The Fright Before Christmas". He returns in "Claw of the Wild" where he kidnapped Danny's classmates and teachers while on his continuous mad pursuit of Wulf whom he again failed to capture due to both Danny and Sam's interference. He also appears as a mini boss of the Ghost Zone Prison world in Nicktoons Unite!

Walker's final appearance is in the series finale, Phantom Planet. He (as well as Wulf, his assistant, Bullet, and several Ghost Cops) is one of the many ghosts who helps Danny and Skulker turn the entire planet intangible, so that an asteroid can pass through it.

[edit] Personality

Being a ghost of law, Walker takes it upon himself to remain on top of said law. Strict, well enforced, and demanding, Walker enjoys law and order on his side and whoever even as so much as disobey one tiny rule from his law book is in trouble ("I am your judge, executioner, jury, executioner, jailer and, if necessary, executioner"--the last part he loves about his job). As such, he'll do whatever he can to torture said victim with his harsh rules, making some up on the spot if he must.

He isn't above holding grudges and doing whatever he can to get his revenge when things don't go his way. His Ghost cops follow him around like his lackeys, obeying his every whim.

Penelope Spectra is a ghost that has the ability of disguising herself as a human and keeps her human form young and beautiful by feeding on people's misery- especially teenagers. Her true form is that of a shadow-like creature. Her last name is an obvious pun on spectre.

Spectra first made her appearance in My Brother's Keeper, posing as a teen therapist/counselor, and motivational speaker in Casper High School. She was there in part, to build up spirit for the students in time for the Casper High Spirit pep rally. Despite her incredibly chipper attitude and use of meaningless inspirational catchphrases, (Remember, there's only an "i" in "misery" if you spell it that way!) she had a tendency to tell her patients things that left them incredibly depressed, with Danny being her favorite victim.

Danny, Sam, and Tucker later figure out that she is a ghost (beforehand, she always had the air conditioner turned up so that Danny's ghost sense was lost amongst normal breaths from the cold) and her plans to up the ante of depression by killing Jazz in the school pep rally so that she can suck up the ensuing severe depression of the other students and forever remain youthful. Danny however, manages to save Jazz in time, trapping her assistant Bertrand in the thermos as well as Spectra herself (the latter with help from Jazz).

Spectra returned again in Doctor's Disorders. Her ultimate goal was to create the perfect human body for herself to inhabit. She tried to achieve this by gathering DNA samples from the various students in Casper High through the means of ghost-bugs overshadowing them (the development of ghost powers in the victims were a side effect), and sending them to a fake hospital resembling the old, disturbing ones found in the days before safe medicinal practices (North Mercy Hospital -- though the letters burning out on the neon sign left it reading "No Mercy" Hospital). Knowing that she needed Danny's DNA to grant full power to her "body" as well as stabilize it, she tried to capture him and extract it from him personally. Danny later finds out Spectra plans to take all the best qualities of the kids to put in her new body, including Danny's ghost powers. However, when Danny's DNA is about to be taken, Danny instead lets his father's handkerchief he blew on earlier get sucked up instead, so by the time Spectra's perfect body activates, she gains Jack's giant figure (claiming she suddenly felt like blathering on about ghosts and eating fudge..... lots and lots of fudge) and later turns into a living pile of mucus. Danny defeats her afterwards and traps her in the Fenton Thermos. Her outfit looks similar to the one in The Fairly Oddparents episode, The Big Superhero Wish where Vicky becomes a super villain.

In Reign Storm Spectra could be seen among other ghosts fleeing the Ghost Zone after Pariah Dark started destroying all their homes. She was also one of the many ghosts to help Danny save Christmas in The Fright Before Christmas.

In "Girls' Night Out", Spectra allies herself with Kitty and Ember in a joint attempt to do away with every man on the planet.

Spectra's final appearance is in the series finale, Phantom Planet. She is first seen terrorizing Paulina and Star in the halls of Casper High, and is later one of the many ghosts who helps Danny and Skulker turn the entire planet intangible, so that an asteroid can pass through it. Spectra is seen in all three of her main forms: her My Brothers' Keeper and Girls' Night Out body, her shadow form, and her powered-up body from Doctor's Disorders. Oddly, Bertrand cannot be seen amongst the ranks of said ghosts.

Bertrand is Penelope Spectra's shape-shifting assistant. As Penelope builds people's depressions, Betrand extracts the life energy from them. While he usually assumes the form of a short, middle-aged man, his true self is nothing more than a walking blob of ectoplasm. When in this form, he bares a slight resemblance to Slimer, the ghost from the Ghostbusters films. His shape-shifting abilities make him one of Danny's harder opponents, as he can easily keep Danny guessing by shifting forms and fighting styles.

Ember McLain is a hard-rocking girl ghost who hates authority and gains power when "fans" cheer her name (and her fiery ponytail flares up). She first appeared in Fanning the Flames where she tried to use her music to hypnotize people and take over the world (as well as cast a love spell on Danny to keep him busy until she acted on her plans). Danny defeated her however when Tucker started singing badly because people stopped cheering for her. She is one of the most popular ghosts on the series. In "Pirate Radio", her music was used to hypnotize and enslave the town's adults on a pirate ship controlled by Youngblood. It was the only episode where she sports her pirate-like outfit. In "Reign Storm" she along with other ghosts ran away from the Ghost Zone to escape Pariah Dark's fury and later she was one of Danny's many enemies who helped him fight the Ghost King's army. She appears in "The Fright Before Christmas", as one of the many ghosts who helped Danny save Christmas. In Girls Night Out, it's revealed that she is Skulker's girlfriend, and has often criticized him on his terrible ghost hunting abilities.

In "The Ultimate Enemy", Dark Danny had damaged Ember's vocal cords in an alternate future, causing her to lose her singing voice. Thus she apparently let herself go and became obese in an alarmingly short amount of time (as Dark Danny claimed the Ghostly Wail was relatively new).

Ember makes her final appearance in Phantom Planet, the series finale, as one of the many ghosts who helps Danny and Skulker turn the entire planet intangible, so that an asteroid can pass through it harmlessly.

Tara Strong provides her speaking voice and Robin Kimissel provides her singing voice.

[edit] Fright Knight

In Fright Night, the Fright Knight (self-described as 'The Spirit of Halloween,') was released as a result of Danny attempting to borrow his sword for a haunted-house decorating Halloween contest. He chases after him and takes over Amity Park with his sword, the Soul Shredder, which causes people to disappear to a dimension where they experience their greatest fears (which include Mr. Lancer in a dimension where he is forced to constantly scratch a chalkboard while doing calculus equations, and Tucker on a deserted island in his boxers with no technology). His sword is also one of the few things that dwell in the Ghost Zone that has a corporeal form, as Danny was able to grasp it in his human state, though it seems to lose this quality upon entering the real world. Fright Knight also rides around on a Bat-winged Pegasus ghost known as the Nightmare. Danny however managed to trap him inside a pumpkin by placing his sword inside and chanting the spell to seal him within it.

He returned in Reign Storm where it is revealed that he was a servant of Pariah Dark. He helps his master take over Amity Park, but by the end, seems to have been one of the many ghosts who turned against the king. He also apparently made a deal with Vlad Plasmius, though it is unknown what that deal is. It is most likely that he works for Vlad now. In the end, he appears right behind Vlad to help Danny trap the king so that he wouldn't harm anyone.

In the beginning of The Ultimate Enemy, he works for Dark Danny in an ultimate future, he appears as Dark Danny's new henchman. He made a cameo in "Frightmare" in a dream sequence of Danny's while he was under the control of Nocturne.

The Fright Knight's final appearance is in the series finale, Phantom Planet. He is one of the many ghosts who helps Danny and Skulker turn the entire planet intangible, so that an asteroid can pass through it.

[edit] Lydia

Lydia, the only ghost who willingly works for Freakshow, never spoke once, and seems to have a relationship with Freakshow, (she was the only of his 'minions' whose name he seemed to know) with and without the use of any magical artifacts; Lydia was also the only ghost that worked under Freakshow that seems to actually be evil. She has numerous tattoos on most of her body. Lydia wears a full-length red cloak, black boots, a corset, a nose ring; and her hair is styled in a spiked mohawk . Along with the standard ghost powers; Lydia has the ability to generate any of her tattoos to come alive--to become physically separate forms and perform multiple tasks; they are her primary means of attack and defense and she can use them to combine and create a wave to overwhelm opponents as well as utilize them as her means of teleportation by enveloping herself in a whirlwind along with any passengers.

Lydia's two primary appearances are in Control Freaks and the third Danny Phantom full-feature movie, Reality Trip. Lydia also makes a cameo as one of the population of the Ghost Zone who help save the Earth by making it intangible during the climax in Phantom Planet.

Youngblood is portrayed as a child who plays Dress-Up as a game. He has an assistant, a skeleton-like shapeshifter who takes the form of animals who go along with these characters (when Youngblood was a pirate his shapeshifter was a parrot, then later a horse when Youngblood was a cowboy)

Youngblood makes his first appearance in "Pirate Radio" where he and his crew steal various technological gear (The Fenton's Ghost Shield Generator and treadmills) to create a ghost shield around his pirate ship while using the treadmills for adults to use to power his ship; entranced and lured by his partner in crime, Ember McLain. However, Danny (along with a host of other kids his age) work together to eventually end Youngblood's scheme, trapping him inside his own pirate ship with his parrot and crew via the ghost shield and having it sent to the body of the ocean.

Youngblood and his parrot (now shapeshifted into a horse) escape by The Fenton Menace where he is now dressed as a young cowboy. He haunts Danny everywhere he goes, planning to drive him crazy as he is the only one who can see him (Youngblood cannot be seen by adults or for that matter young people who have an adult mind like Jazz). Danny successfully managed to get Jazz to help defeat Youngblood by making her express her inner child, triggered by childish insults, ripping her teddy bear, etc to provoke a temper tantrum. As a result, Jazz is suddenly able to perceive the young ghost and join the fight against him.

Youngblood makes a cameo appearance in The Fright Before Christmas as one of the many ghosts who help Danny save Christmas. He made a new appearance in Living Large as he was preparing to hurl himself in the Ghost Zone and then helping Danny Phantom, Skulker and Johnny 13 save both Earth and The Ghost Zone from The Guys In White.

Youngblood's final appearance is in the series finale, Phantom Planet. He is first seen terrorizing Casper High, again pretending to be a pirate, only to be subdued by Vlad's team of Ghost Hunters, the Masters Blasters; later, he is one of the many ghosts who helps Danny and Skulker turn the entire planet intangible, so that an asteroid can pass through it.

Because he doesn't like adults and due to his age, Youngblood is only visible in the eyes of children and never with adults or those younger who possess an adult mind, which he uses to his advantage. He also comes with the standard ghost powers as well as a peg leg and a hooked hand that can develop into various weaponry such as claws or a cannon to shoot out cannonballs.

Appearing in "Reign Storm", Pariah Dark is the King of all Ghosts, with control of the powerful Ring of Rage and Crown of Fire. While wearing both of these items, Pariah Dark has near limitless power. He commands the Fright Knight as well as an army of Skeletal ghosts. Very powerful foe, but more interested in becoming king than defeating his enemies. Butch Hartman has once stated in an interview that the DC Comics villain Darkseid was an inspiration for the idea of Pariah Dark.^{[citation needed]}

It was revealed that before Danny became a ghost, before nearly all the other ghosts in the Ghost Zone were even spawned, a ghost named Pariah Dark was the most powerful and dangerous ghost in the Ghost Zone. He was once the king of all ghosts, and the Fright Knight was his servant. Pariah was apparently a tyrant and ruled the Ghost Zone with an iron hand.

When Pariah had the two treasures, the Ring of Rage and the Crown of Fire, which give the bearer tremendous if not unlimited ability and potential power. It is unclear if the Crown of Fire imbues with wearers with powers regardless of whether they also wear the Ring of Rage. However it is certain that the power of the Ring of Rage is useless unless worn in tandem with the Crown. With both of these items, Pariah seemed to be able to do virtually anything.

Eventually a group of ancient ghosts banded together to defeat the Ghost King. Their means of defeating him is not explained, however somehow Pariah's Ring of Rage was removed and sealed away. Also, his servant the Fright Knight was similarly sealed away, within a pumpkin as per his ghostly weakness. These ancient ghosts imprisoned Pariah himself in the Sarcophagus of Forever Sleep, and destroyed his kingdom, leaving behind only his castle where he would sleep forever.

It is interesting to note most ghosts in the show's present day time appear to be at most only as old as Pariah himself, and no older. Most ghosts in fact appear much younger in both their looks as well as the time from which is logical that they were spawned. One possible exception to the age of most ghosts would be Clockwork, who's age is unknown. (Clockwork also wears a hooded cape similar to those worn by the ancient ghosts.) The ancient ghosts which defeated the Ghost King are no where to be found in present time, nor are any other ghosts from Pariah's time to be seen, again save only for the Fright Knight and possibly Clockwork. It is possible that the two observers, as seen with Clockwork, could have been part of the ancient ghosts.

[edit] Reign Storm

When Vlad Plasmius accidentally released him from his imprisonment to get his crown, Pariah attacks him, and was upset to learn that that Vlad had the Ring of Rage. He ordered his army and the Fright Knight to look for the ring. The army arrived in Amity in search of the ring, which was given to Valerie Gray by Vlad for safe keeping.

Shortly after the arrival, Fright Knight put his sword to the ground to claim Amity for Pariah; if anyone were to remove the sword it would be a 'signal of doom'. Danny removes the sword without knowledge of that fact, and the entirely of Amity Park was transported to the Ghost Zone.

Afterwards, Pariah realizes that Valerie had his ring and demanded it to which she does, sending it away via a missile for them to give chase and buy her time. Pariah eventually does get the ring, and begins his plan for world conquest.

Danny, with the help of various ghosts and his father's ectoskeleton suit, fights his way into Pariah's castle and confronts him. Though Danny begins to run out of energy due to the suit's unstable ability to drain a person's energy, he somehow manages to knock off the crown and tosses Pariah into the sarcophagus that he was imprisoned in earlier, Vlad locking the coffin before Danny passes out from exhaustion, and thus restoring everything back to normal.

[edit] Other Appearances

Pariah has never truly appeared in any other episode. He was mentioned in "Kindred Spirits", as an excuse by Danny for why he was late and in "Livin' Large" He is mentioned in "Infinite Realms", as his defeat is the reason Danny gained respect from Frostbite and his people. By the episode "Phantom Planet" he seems to make a cameo when Danny is being rounded up by all his enemies when he seeks help to save the Earth from the Disastroid--though it could likely be an animation error or Danny may have set him free offscreen.

Because he was once king of all ghosts, Pariah has a commanding force, expecting others to heed his word or perish. Ruthless, strict, and malevolent, he'll force his armies on other places in order to get what he wants without a second thought. He seems to enjoy power and gaining as much influence as possible. He cannot tolerate those who oppose him.

When he is imprisoned in the Sarcophagus of Forever Sleep however, it turns everything back to normal. Pariah Dark is also very arrogant, often underestimating his enemies.

[edit] Powers and Abilities

Besides the basic ghost powers, Pariah Dark can fire a red blast attack and seems to have some sort of telekinetic power (shown when his thrown mace missed Danny, but then turned back and struck him on its own), though perhaps this is just a homage to Mjolnir, Thor's hammer in Norse mythology, which Thor used in the same manner of attack.

In order to reach his maximum power, he must have the Ring of Rage and the Crown of Fire. But even without his treasures, Pariah possesses enough power to instill fear in all of the ghosts inhabiting the ghost zone, and he can easily defeat Danny and Plasmius at the same time. The only other character that could possibly rival his raw strength is Dark Danny, but since they never actually fight, this will never be known.

[edit] Dark Danny

An evil full-ghost version of Danny Phantom (also known as Danny Phantom's Ultimate Enemy). First appeared in "The Ultimate Enemy" which was both a TV movie and the first Danny Phantom video game, for the Game Boy Advance.

In an alternate timeline, after his friends and family were killed by his alter ego, he had to live with Vlad. Surprisingly, instead of trying to hurt Danny, Vlad sympathized with his pain. After much mental suffering, he wanted the ghost side of him ripped out of his body. It was successfully done, but the ghost-half ripped out Vlad's ghost-half as well. Then the two merged together, Plasmus's evil taking over Danny Phantom, and seeing as they didn't need Danny's body anymore, they blew up Vlad's mansion, killing Danny and destroying everything. Dark Danny was born.

Unlike Danny's other enemies, Dark Danny has no guilt or conscience. He is pure evil, and he is willing to destroy people's lives, or even kill to get what he wants, including the people he once cared for.

When Danny met his evil future self, he tried the best he could to save his friends and family from the tragic accident that would eventually bring about the existence of Dark Danny, so he wouldn't grow up to become his own worst enemy. Though Danny was able to defeat Dark Danny, he seemingly failed to save everyone and change the future. Luckily for him, Clockwork foresaw all this and saved Danny's loved ones at the last minute, sending Danny back in time to when the test began, and giving him a second chance at changing his future. Although Dark Danny was in the present at the time trapped in Danny's thermos, the thermos was given to Clockwork, therefore Dark Danny exists outside of time. This opens the possibility that he might return.

There is much debate on what this character's real name is. In The Ultimate Enemy, Valerie and Skulktech 9.9 refer to him by his last name, Phantom. The end credits, Butch Hartman, and tv.com call him Dark Danny, while the game calls him Dan Phantom, He never does introduce himself by name, so his true name may yet be unknown.

[edit] Prince Aragon

Prince Aragon is the ruthless older brother of Princess Dorathea (AKA The Dragon Ghost), both of whom appeared to have lived in the Medieval era. Their family treasured two magical "Amulets of Aragon" which the ghosts seem to possess even in the afterlife. These amulets allow the wearer to transform into a dragon, especially when angry or distressed. The prince is mean, has a nasty temper, and constantly bullies his sister (apparently both while they had been living, and in death). He is powerless without his amulet, and he and his sister have the same amount of power, (although Dorathea had been unaware of that fact). He also doesn't seem to favor light.

Aragon first appeared in Beauty Marked where in an attempt to get himself a human bride for his wedding, he sent out his sister, Dora, to hold a beauty pageant in Amity Park, allowing him to choose the right bride. After seeing Danny as the current judge of the pageant, Aragon sends out his two henchmen, the Archer and Executioner ghosts, to keep him busy.

After Sam was captured by Dora for Aragon, Danny and Tucker go into the Ghost Zone save her. Meanwhile in Aragon's castle, it was revealed to Sam that Aragon pushes his sister around, always getting what he wants; Dora is forced to obey his every command and whim. After Sam tries much convincing to lift Dora's confidence and hope, she turns herself into a wild and sloppy bride to convince Aragon that she is not the girl for him and thus cancel the wedding. Her plan almost worked, but Aragon planned to lock her up if not for Danny and Tucker arriving at the same time to rescue her.

Angry that his bride is being "kidnapped," and hateful towards his sister, Aragon turns into his dark dragon form (similar in appearance to the dragon form from Maleficent's in Disney's "Sleeping Beauty") and fights Danny while burning the castle and the trees. Just before he finishes Danny off, Dora begins attacking him after a big pep talk from Sam to fight back. Afterwards, Danny removes the amulet on Aragon's neck which grants him the power to become a dragon, transforming him back to his normal form. After Aragon's defeat, Dora turns the sky from dark to light, causing time to move forward than continue its permanent hold as it had been for 1600 years.

Prince Aragon's final appearance is in the series finale, Phantom Planet. He's first seen attacking Amity Park, only to be subdued by Vlad's team of Ghost Hunters, the Masters Blasters; later, he is one of the many ghosts who helps Danny and Skulker turn the entire planet intangible, so that an asteroid can pass through it. He is only seen in his dragon form.

Hotep-Ra is the mummy-like spirit of an ancient minion of King Duulaman, an Egyptian pharaoh bearing the likeness of Tucker Foley. He was released from his eternal sleep when Tucker looked into the mirror at the front of Ra's sarcophagus. For a little while, he served Tucker and tricked him into using Duulaman's powerful staff to turn all of Amity Park into an Egyptian kingdom. But with Danny interfering, Hotep took matters into his own hands and activated a sphinx to destroy Tucker and Danny. However, since the sphinx bore the likeliness of Tucker, it obeyed him and chase Hotep across the city. Hotep Ra is a mummy ghost, being that most of his body is under wraps of bandages. He can command them to unravel and wrap into any of his opponents. He is mainly nothing more than a skeleton under his bandages, although he can reform at will if unraveled. He is one of the few villain ghosts that does not consider Danny as their main enemy but a human instead in this case he considers Tucker Foley his enemy. A gag as Tucker points out is that he seems to shout "I am Risen!" every time he revives. Hotep Ra is a gag of Rahotep, an actual mummy.

[edit] Vortex

Vortex is a century-old ghost with the power to control the weather. He finds the earth to be a meaningless planet, and has wrought havoc on the earth throughout the ages.

Vortex is a ghost of large stature. He wears metallic armor on his torso and, rather than having legs, his lower half mimics a tornado. A lightning-shaped "V" crosses his right shoulder and comes to a point at his chest. His most notable detail is his constant, mid-sentence wheezing.

Vortex appeared in "Torrent of Terror". After being captured by the Observants, Vortex is sentenced to be imprisoned because he is too dangerous to be left running wild. He is then rescued by Vlad. Controlling Vortex's powers with an Observant barometer, Vlad forces Vortex to bring about a drought in Amity Park. He then forces him to make it rain as a publicity stunt to improve Vlad's declining public image as mayor. The plan seems to work at first, but Vortex rebels against Vlad and refuses to make the rain stop, destroying the Observants' barometer in the process.

With the barometer destroyed, Vortex comes into complete control of his powers and goes on a global rampage. After a brief battle painfully reveals that he is no match for Vortex, Vlad decides to avoid the problem by passing off the responsibility of dealing with Vortex to Danny, who actually absorbs some of Vortex's weather-manipulating powers when Vortex strikes him with a bolt of lightning (oddly, he seems to have a power similar to Danny's Ghostly Wail). Realizing that Danny's new powers allow him to create weather based on his moods, Tucker and Sam lure Vortex back to Amity Park and use a Virtual Reality program to manipulate Danny's emotions, creating the proper weather attacks to weaken Vortex and allow him to be captured. After the battle, Danny loses the weather-based powers.

Vortex makes a cameo appearance in Boxed Up Fury on a wanted poster to which the Box Ghost declared in outburst "$2 million... for an overgrown cloud".

Vortex appeared in the finale TV Movie "Phantom Planet", attacking a trailer park with a tornado. He defeated Danny Phantom, but was then weakened and defeated by Vlad's Ghost hunting squad, "Masters Blasters". Near the end, he was seen in a crowd with all of Danny's enemies (except Dark Danny). After Skulker blasts Danny in the chest, Vortex zaps him with his lightning. Later, he helps Danny and all of the other ghosts power the Intangibility Generator to render the planet intangible.

[edit] Personality and weaknesses

Vortex is very proud of his power over weather. He calls his power "art" and is infuriated by Vlad's demand to stop the rain. He seems to find himself as being better than normal ghosts when he tells Vlad that he is "lucky to be in his presence".

His weakness is direct sunlight, which causes him to shrink and lose power, similar to how cold shrinks Undergrowth in "Urban Jungle". Also, Danny, when sharing Vortex's weather powers, used Vortex's greatest weapons against him. He is also weak against the Spectral Barometer.

[edit] Undergrowth

Undergrowth is the main villain in the episode "Urban Jungle". He has red eyes with no pupils, and his body is made up of vines and other plants.

He came out from beneath the ground to lay waste to Amity Park for their constant destruction of nature, his "children". Capturing Danny and the others, he reveals his plans to use all the humans (possessed by his mind vines) to cut down the city to make room for his plants. Said plants slowly cover every square inch of the city. He controls Sam and, because of her love of vegetation and plants, he makes her his "daughter", and also makes her the mother of the plants.

Danny however escapes due to luck from his uncontrollable ice powers and escapes from both him and Sam into the Ghost Zone. There, he trains with Frostbite to better control his ice powers. He returns and uses his ice powers to free Sam and other entrapped townspeople.

Undergrowth regenerates afterwards as a tiny stump, but is quickly mowed down by Tucker's lawn mower.

Undergrowth makes two cameos later in the series; first, he appears on a bounty poster in Boxed Up Fury with a reward for $3,000,000 dollars on his head. The Box Ghost declares in outburst that Undergrowth is no-more than "an overgrown fungus".

Undergrowth's final appearance is in the series finale, Phantom Planet; he first appears attacking Amity Park and is quickly subdued by Vlad's team of Ghost Hunters, the Masters Blasters. He is also one of the many ghosts who helps Danny and Skulker turn the entire planet intangible, so that an asteroid can pass through it.

[edit] Nocturne

• Voice Actor: James Garrett

First appearing in "Frightmare", Nocturne is the ghost of sleep and dreaming; he and his army of Sleep Walkers made the entire citizenry of Amity Park fall into a deep slumber, slipping a metal helmet on each person's head (shocking anyone who tries to take it off), to absorb their dream energy (according to him, good dreams are the kind that produce oneiric energy; nightmares produce none whatsoever), increase his power, and become all-powerful. His hideout is in the local Mattress Factory near the harbor of Amity Park, the giant antennae on top absorbing the dream energy of everyone in the city and possibly the whole world.

The only way to take the helmet off is to turn the dream into a nightmare, or to startle them awake. In Danny's dream, he and Sam were about to kiss until he woke up. Danny then woke his best friends and Jazz by overshadowing them- he subsequently startled Tucker out of his dream of being a billionaire invovled with Star by asking why he was Tucker's janitor, and shocked Sam and Jazz into consciousness by having their dreams include Dash as their boyfriend/husband respectively-, and tracked Nocturne to his hideout, where he was asleep in a chamber to gain more dream energy. Danny and Sam then went to face Nocturne in his dream. Inside Nocturne’s dream, he is already powerful, meaning that Danny and Sam's attempts to stop him accomplish little due to his power level. Tucker however saves the day by jamming the antennae’s frequency, stopping the flow of dreams and weakening Nocturne enough for him to wake up. Without the dreams of humans to provide him with energy, he seems to run out of power relatively quickly, which is why he relies on his Sleep Walkers to do most of his fighting for him. {Like Undergrowth, the Sleep Walkers are almost immune to damage with their abilities to regenerate.) He is then easily defeated and sucked into a Fenton Thermos.

Nocturne makes a final appearance is in the series finale, Phantom Planet. Seen only in a few frames, he is one of the many ghosts who helps Danny and Skulker turn the entire planet intangible, so that an asteroid can pass through it.

These are humans who are a threat to Danny and any other ghost. Note: Freakshow is the only one of these humans who is evil by choice.

[edit] Valerie Gray, "Ghost Hunter"

• Voice Actor: Grey Delisle (1st voice), Cree Summer (2nd voice)

Valerie was once a rich, popular girl at Casper High, and part of the "in" crowd with Paulina, Dash, Kwan, etc. until the appearance of a huge ghost dog at Axion, a large laboratory facility where her father worked, appeared. Danny tried to catch the dog (which could shapeshift from a harmless puppy to a huge monstrous form that Danny calls Cujo) but the two of them cause so much ruckus and damage, that her father, Damon, loses his job. He had been the chief security system designer for the facility, and the dog was ironically the ghost of one of the old guard dogs before the security system had been installed. Due to his job loss, she and her father have little money- and thus her popularity status from the "in-crowd" plummets. Valerie blames her misfortunes on Danny Phantom, thus dedicating herself to hunting ghosts. (It is also later revealed that she is a 9th degree black belt, though given her age, it's highly improbable. A rank that high takes decades to accomplish.)

Unbeknownst to her, Vlad Plasmius has taken advantage of her grudge and has secretly supplied her with various ghost-hunting weaponry with which to destroy Danny (and allow Vlad to spy on Danny in secret for his own misdeeds). She later learns her weapon supplier is Vlad (although she is unaware of Vlad's own alter-ego as Plasmius) and believes him to be a good man and fellow ghost hunter who recognizes her talents. By "Reign Storm" Valerie gains a friendship and later crush on Danny Fenton.

In "Flirting with Disaster", Valerie and Danny date for a brief period of time to which Technus uses to his end; keeping the two occupied while he goes about his plans for world domination and possessing her armor in an attempt to kill him (and creating more cause for Valerie to hate Danny's alter ego). When Technus hooks up with a satellite in space, he upgrades Valerie's suit, giving her an advanced red and black-striped one, and the power to change into it at will (it can 'appear' and wrap itself around her whenever she wants). This was meant to further distract Danny from his own dastardly plans, as she was now even more dangerous to Danny Phantom then she was before.

In "D-Stabilized", Valerie is hired by Vlad to seek and capture Danielle "Dani" Phantom. Vlad tells her that Dani wants to destroy him. Using a ghost detector, she instead finds a human Danielle, and is unaware she is the same "Danielle Phantom." When mistaken as a hostile situation, Danielle runs from Valerie into an unstable building about to collapse where she saves Valerie's life when the hunter followed and almost perished from within from falling debris. After exposing herself as a half-ghost, Valerie captures Danielle and uses her to lure out Danny Phantom (upon gaining knowledge of Danny's affiliation with her) to great success. She then ships her off to Vlad until Danny convinces Valerie that she is innocent, and half-human as well. Calling a temporary truce, the two work together to save her from Vlad Plasmius's clutches. By the end, Valerie discovers that Vlad Masters and "Plasmius" are one in the same, and vows to take him down as well.

She makes a final cameo appearance in "Phantom Planet". First she gets pushed aside by Vlad's "Masters' Blasters" team, and eventually takes part in saving the world from a deadly asteroid. Her reaction to Danny's secret was just as shocked as the rest, but grateful for his contribution to saving the world.

Valerie is stubborn to no end, as well as a very persistent and dangerous foe, especially with her new ghost-hunting suit. She appears to hunt other ghosts too, as she was seen shooting at the Box Ghost in one episode. Although she helps Danny in some episodes, her arrogance usually makes it painful for Danny to work with her.

[edit] Guys in White

First appeared in "The Million Dollar Ghost", they're a secret government organization whose goal is to eliminate all ghosts and other paranormal beings on earth. The organization mainly focuses around two agents tasked on capturing Danny Phantom. During their first appearance, they came for the million dollar bounty positioned by Vlad Masters, but they failed to cash in.

They return in "Reality Trip". In the beginning, they are seen questioning Freakshow about the Reality Gauntlet. They aren't suspicious until Freakshow steals the Gauntlet and activates it with the gems. After he escapes, they chase Freakshow to Casper High School, where they witness Danny Phantom's secret identity get revealed. Looking to catch Danny, the GiW pursue him and his friends all over the country, only to get outsmarted and outblasted at every turn. Defeated, they return to their headquarters. Later, Danny appears to deliver a captured Freakshow and erases their knowledge of his alter-ego's identity using the gauntlet to alter reality.

They returned again as principle characters intent on capturing Danny Phantom in "Double Cross My Heart", where they came close to discovering his secret identity, but mistakenly concluded that the new goth kid in school, Gregor, was the ghost boy. After their most recent confrontation with Danny Phantom, they ended up lying in the mud and in hot water from their commissioner.

It should be noted that the Guys in White are among the three most technologically advanced human factions in the show, likely because of government funding. Their equipment surpasses that of the Fentons and possibly Vlad's. Like Valerie, the Guys in White are more or less anti-heroes as opposed to being villains. They have no ambitions for world domination or control over the Ghost Zone, although the fact that they want to destroy all ghosts in existence- regardless of whether the ghosts in question are actually dangerous in the first place- makes them dangerous enough. They are obviously a parody of the Men in Black.

[edit] Freakshow

• Voice Actor: Jon Cryer

Freakshow is the only actual "evil" human villain on the show. He runs a goth circus called "Circus Gothica" and uses a special staff with a ruby crystal ball that can control ghosts, that had been passed down through generations of his ghost-obsessed family. He uses the staff to control ghosts and make them perform in the show. He also is able to use it to control half-ghosts, like Danny. Without the staff, he is powerless. He is a dangerous ringmaster, but often makes his ghosts do his bidding, which aside from performing, usually involves stealing valuable goods. He isn't really much more than that, since his ghosts do his work, but can be very manipulative as well as make his ghosts kill anyone he wishes dead. He uses the staff to control Danny, but was ultimately foiled by Sam and Tucker who restored Danny to his good natured self and retaliated against him.

He returned for the third TV movie, "Reality Trip" where he stole the Reality Gauntlet (a powerful paranormal object activated by special gems) from the Guys in White and frees the ghost villainess Lydia who they had captured. Lydia was one the ghosts who performed for him in "Control Freak" and seemed to be the only one who willingly stayed with him. It is conjectured that they may have had some kind of relationship.

At Casper High, Freakshow holds the entire school hostage while he fights Danny, Tucker, and Sam, who utilize a defense mechanism in the gauntlet by telepathically imagining the gems to be transported and hidden somewhere else in the world. The stones disappear, and Freakshow becomes very angry. Following the battle, Danny is so weak that he unwillingly changes back to human form, which everyone in the school and on TV sees (including his parents). Lydia then kidnaps the parents of Danny, Tucker, and Sam at Freakshow's command and holds them hostage to make Danny find the Reality Gems, (the four stones with the power to activate the Gauntlet and change reality to whatever the wearer wants it to be).

After traveling throughout the country in search of the gems while being chased by the Guys in White, Danny and company return with the gems thinking that Freakshow will free their families. However, Freakshow activates the gauntlet, becoming the Ringmaster of all Reality, and transforms the world into a giant creepy circus. He even goes as far as turning himself into a gigantic, monstrous ghost, since he is envious of them and wishes he could be one. This enables Danny to outwit him during their big battle by catching him in the Fenton Thermos (since Freakshow was a ghost, it was, as Danny put it, much easier to win). He was released in prison, where he was recaptured by the Guys in White. Although Danny erases everyone's memories at the end, Freakshow didn't have the same blank expression, meaning he may still remember Danny's secret identity.

Freakshow is believably Danny's most evil full-human enemy, whereas Valerie and the Guys in White are a threat because of their obsession to destroy ghosts. He has envied ghosts since they in a way ruined his childhood, causing him to suffer from a powerful inferiority complex. He states that his parents loved ghosts more than they loved him. Oddly enough, Jazz empathizes with this feeling, since her parents have also dedicated their lives to ghosts. Freakshow is willing enough to use ghosts to kill or hurt others. He wants to be as dangerous as ghosts are. Strangely, though Freakshow is a human, he seems to have a ghostly glow, though this is probably an effect from using his ghostly weapons (i.e. reality gauntlet and his red crystal ball). It is possible that it's a symbolic, "villainic" glow, although it could have just been a mistake made by the animators. However, he is still a showman and ringmaster by nature, and is apparently obsessed with inserting drama into any given situation.

Appearing in "Phantom Planet", they're a trio of Ghost Hunters in their late teens, but no back history is given about them. All three of them speak in a distincive accent. Their names are:

• Vid; (Vid has bright orange-red hair and is the only girl out of the three)

• Download; (wears a Baseball cap backwards, has acne/freckles)

• Thrash; (the largest and the tallest of the three, he serves as the trio's 'strong-man' - he has blond hair, and wears braces).

They were personally financed by Vlad, who also provided with all the very latest in ghost-hunting technology to capture ghosts (and secretly to shame Danny into hiding and giving up his status as hero.) Their first capture was Nicolai Technus 2.0 and his "Car-puter", and for reasons never given they never tried to attack and capture Danny Phantom (presumably because of public opinion of Danny Phantom or because Vlad had told them not to--because he wanted to publicly embarrass Danny by showing him up). They had their own Masters' Blasters video game and action figure plushies. Shortly after Danny Phantom disappeared from the public eye (after he had 'regained' his purely human status,) Vlad had the trio charge fees to cover their overhead (and line Vlad's own pockets.)

They seem to think little of both the Fentons and Valerie as ghost hunters (their ghost hunting technology out-did Valerie's.) They themselves seem to be nothing more than a trio of teenage thrill-seekers who are into ghost hunting as a fad and posing for all their new fans; "Masters' Blasters stop disasters." And while they seemed to hate ghosts, they also seemed to enjoy charging money. While they are arrogant egotistical acne-ridden teens--they clearly didn't know they were being used by Vlad--they tried to attack him the moment he revealed himself to be a ghost but were struck down by Vlad and his duplicates.

Wulf is an Anthro wolf or werewolf.

Wulf's first appearance was in "Public Enemies". It is unknown if he is the ghost of a wolf, or a creature born within the Ghost Zone. He also speaks Esperanto, which Tucker understands, and Sam and Danny later learn. Wulf was a prisoner of Walker, who sends him to find Danny Phantom and his friends, in exchange for his freedom. However, after meeting Danny, the two quickly became good friends. They learn that Wulf can rip open a rift between the Ghost Zone and the living world with his claws.

Danny, Sam and Tucker did their best for Wulf, eventually freeing him from the shock collar Walker used on him through Tucker's PDA. In return, he helped Danny stop Walker, risking his own freedom. Walker is still after Danny and ends up framing him for an attack on the town council. This causes the town to believe that Danny Phantom is a menace. Despite this, Wulf ends up going back into the Ghost Zone with Walker in hand, stating, "Friend, we will meet again".

In the episode Boxed Up Fury, Wulf makes a cameo appearance before the opening credits on a wanted poster with a $1 Million bounty on his head, which is what kickstarts the Box Ghost into his long-running rant about not being properly feared ("One million for an overgrown dog?!"); this indicates that Wulf may have either escaped Walker's custody if he had been recaptured, or never wound up back in jail after Public Enemies.

He later appears in Claw of the Wild, in which he managed to escape from Walker's jail again, although he accidentally left the portal open, allowing various ghost creatures to escape. When Walker comes through to find the escapees, he realises that Danny is present at a nearby summer camp, subsequently abducting the entire camp- with the exception of Danny and Sam- to lure Danny and Wulf back. Taking Walker by surprise by having Sam dress up as Wulf using a bear costume, Danny, Sam and Wulf manage to take out his goons and free the prisoners, Wulf subsequently being released into the woods by Danny.

Wulf's final appearance is in the series finale, Phantom Planet. Seen only in a few frames, he is one of the many ghosts who helps Danny and Skulker turn the entire planet intangible, so that an asteroid can pass through it.

Wulf wears a green sweater and pants, rarely wearing the hood, and takes on an anthro wolf appearance.

Wulf's primary language appears to be Esperanto, a constructed language created by L. L. Zamenhof in the late 19th Century. It makes Tucker the only one able to talk to him, since he knows the language and the first one to mention it, although the first time Wulf answered Tucker's question, Tucker had no idea what he said. In "Claw of the Wild", both Danny and Sam learned the language should they ever run into Wulf again.

He can extend his claws whenever he wants using it to create portals to and from the Ghost Zone to the mortal world as well as easily break through ghost shields. His claws also seem to be able to separate ghosts from those they overshadow, which he does by stabbing the overshadowed person with the said claws. Fortunately for the human, the claws leave no visible damage, though they seem to greatly weaken the ghost overshadowing.

Clockwork is a violet cloaked ghost with a pale face and time staff - which he uses often. Predictably, he lives in a giant clock. He oversees time and has time based powers, such as stopping or fast-forwarding, as well as genuine prescience. He can use amulets to bring people or things into the past, present or future. Due to his time-based nature, he will constantly switch between his child form to adult form to old form (it is unclear which, if he has one, is his true form, although his voice matches most with his adult form). This also follows a specific pattern: Adult, Child, Old, Adult, etc....

He first appeared in The Ultimate Enemy, serving his annoying employers, the Observants, to destroy Danny Phantom (Daniel Fenton) to prevent the existence of the evil Dark Danny, but Clockwork had other ideas.

Clockwork sent in Box Lunch and Skulktech 9.9 from the future to battle with the present Danny Phantom, which led to Danny, Sam and Tucker to finding Clockwork's lair. There they met Clockwork, who was charged with destroying Danny Phantom and preventing Dark Danny's existence. Danny attempts to fight Clockwork, but Clockwork's power of time prove too strong, allowing him to pause, rewind and fast forward the fight. Tucker used the time medallions to give them a slight advantage, only for them to escape into Danny's evil future.

After the harsh reality of facing the future and battling with Dark Danny, trapping him in the Fenton Thermos, Clockwork intervened, saving Danny's friends and family from their deaths, revealing he knew these events would happen. He explains by saying; "The Observants look at time like they're watching a parade, one thing after another passing by in sequence right in front of them. I see the parade from above, and all the twists and turns it might -or might not- take." He gave Danny a second chance at changing his life so that the horrible future the boy saw never happens, taking the Fenton Thermos holding Dark Danny with him to his timeless lair.

Afterwards, the Observants, angry with Clockwork interacting with Danny, forces on Clockwork the reponsiblity of Danny's life, along with Dark Danny's existence outside of time. Clockwork replies in confidence, "I know, but then... I know everything."

He makes his second appearance in "Masters of All Time". Danny turned to Clockwork for help when Vlad infected Sam and Tucker with ecto-acne. He at first advises Danny not to try and change the past, but eventually agreed to let Danny try, if only to teach him a lesson, though he said, "I'm the Ghost of Time, not the Ghost of Miracle Cures." When Danny went back to him hoping to once again go back, Clockwork refused, only agreeing to reset time before Danny interfered. However, he conveniently showed Danny what was necessary to cure the ecto-acne he had gone back in time to prevent, and after Danny leaves, Clockwork smiles, hinting that he planned the whole thing as well.

Clockwork makes only a couple cameo appearances in the series finale, Phantom Planet; if one has a keen eye, they can spot Clockwork as one of the ghosts aiding Danny and Skulker in turning the entire planet intangible so that an asteroid may pass through it.

[edit] Personality and weaknesses

As the manipulator of time, Clockwork is a logical ghost who speaks calmly, even under dire stress and situations surrounding him. Being the Master of Time, Clockwork takes a rather neutral role overall to the Danny Phantom world though at times, Danny sees him as more of an ally. One questions what his true motives are or what he plans to do due to his unpredictable nature; yet in the end, Clockwork merely means well in his goals and makes sure time flows in a direction that benefits all. If he has any weakness, it's that his power has no effect on someone who wears one of his medallions. Although, considering he watches and manipulates time, anything and everything that has, is, and WILL occur is already known to him, so even getting possession of his medallions may already be anticipated. As he already stated, "I know everything."

Frostbite is a yeti-like ghost in charge of the Realm of the Far Frozen. Frostbite and his race (known as the Far Frozen), despite their fearsome appearances, are intelligent creatures capable of many things--including medicine and technology. They refer to Danny as the "Great One" or the "Savior of the Ghost Zone", and treat him like a king (Frostbite introduces himself as Danny's "humble servant"), due to his defeat of Pariah Dark in the episode "Reign Storm".

He first appeared in the episode "Infinite Realms" when Danny, Sam and Tucker crash land in his icy domain. Frostbite later gives Danny the Infi-map which can take its user to any natural or man-made ghost portal.

In "Urban Jungle" when Danny comes down with a case of unusual chills (a precursor to his emerging ice powers) while fighting Undergrowth, he comes to Frostbite for help. Having treated Danny's injuries, Frostbite subsequently trains Danny in the use of his new ice powers while his people watch (The explanation being that, with them living in a frozen wasteland, his people take their entertainment where they can get it). He susbequently wishes Danny luck in ridding his world of Undergrowth, although his people are less than enthusiastic about Danny returning if he is unsuccessful (He froze and nearly injured several of them while working on the 'aiming' part of his new powers).

He later makes a cameo appearance in "Phantom Planet" as one of the ghosts who helps turn the Earth intangible.

The owner of Pandora's Box appears in "Boxed Up Fury" in which Danny seeks her to stop the Box Ghost. Not much else is known about her other than her constant desire to keep further evil from spreading out of her box that she guards (see Pandora's Box = Artifacts of the Ghost Zone). In contrast to the myth, Pandora reveals to Danny that she actually created the box specifically to contain the world's evils. While she does refer to herself as thoughtful and caring by nature, she also possesses a fearsome temper and she will not hesitate to turn every ounce of her ghostly might on anyone who crosses her, as the Box Ghost personally found out.

[edit] Vlad Masters/Plasmius

Danny's arch-nemesis, a multi-billionaire with powers similar to his own. Unlike Danny, Vlad used his powers to get ahead in life. His main purpose and goal is to obtain both Maddie and Danny as his wife and son respectively, driven by the emotions in his lonely heart, though latter episodes indicate Vlad's view on Danny is now that of pure rivals. He was supposedly smashed by the asteroid at the end of Phantom Planet, but due to the rather comedic nature of the event, it is likely he survived.

[edit] Danny Phantom

The show's titular hero. An accident in the Fenton Portal turned this once unassuming young boy into a half ghost hero. Unknown to the public at first until Walker turned the entire town on him out of revenge, Danny gained his reputation as Amity Park's deputized protector after saving the town from Pariah Dark. The once shy, naive boy quickly turned into a more mature crime fighting hero.

[edit] Ghost Tucker ("Tucker Phantom")

The Ghost Tucker (or Tucker Phantom as he briefly called himself at one point) is the result of Tucker's wish to have ghost powers in "What You Want" out of jealousy over Danny's ghost powers. Wishing and gaining them through Desiree, the wishing genie ghost, Tucker's powers quickly consumed and transformed him until Danny put a stop to it, eventually restoring him back to normal by using the Fenton Ghost Catcher to separate his human and ghost sides. "Tucker Phantom" only had one malfunction of his powers--a few seconds after gaining them, when he "phased out" by accident--and, after that, had full control of his powers, if you don't count the fact his powers were "transforming him into the most powerful ghost kid in the world!"

[edit] Jack Fenton/Plasmius

In "Masters Of All Time" when Danny went back in time to "fix" the past so Vlad Masters wouldn't get ecto-acne (as well as prevent Vlad from blackmailing him by infecting Sam and Tucker with ecto-acne), it instead resulted in the creation of Jack Plasmius. Rather than the proto-portal blast striking Vlad, it struck Jack. As a result, Jack gets the ecto-acne and ends up being a lonely man with ghost powers, like Vlad Plasmius.

When Danny met up with Jack, he thought Danny was a stranger and tried blasting him with his ghost powers, until Danny showed him proof that he's Jack's son and the evidence of Maddie's marriage to Vlad. Later, Jack headed for Vlad's mansion in Wisconsin just as Danny was captured by his mom, and reconsidered to Maddie. After making up with each other, Jack and Maddie then helped Danny to find Clockwork. Vlad, however, showed up and tried to kill the two halfas. Jack was seemingly killed trying to defend the love of his life, for he was struck by Vlad's ecto gun as he used his ghost powers to save Danny and Maddie.

Jack Plasmius looks exactly like Vlad Plasmius, except he is larger, weighs more, and has pupils in his eyes. He also has all the same powers and is just as experienced (but is still a bad aim). Like Danny, he attempted to use his powers for good, but unlike his son, he quit after he embarrassed himself in public during Halloween when he found out the "ghost" he was chasing was really a kid in a costume.

Danielle "Dani" makes her first appearance in the episode, Kindred Spirits. As Vlad falls more and more into despair in regards to not being able to destroy Jack and obtain Maddie and Danny, he begins to go a little crazy. He tries to create various clones of Danny to take his place with whatever DNA he can obtain from him in their battles (as to which, Danny is unaware). However, the clones he makes that resemble Danny are unstable in form and often melt back into ectoplasm. The one clone that manages to retain its form was actually a mistake, as Vlad had tried to synthesize chromosomes and accidentally switched one. The result was a slightly younger female version of Danny, whom he affectionately names, "Danielle/Dani." He views her as just a mistake.

Believing him to be her father, she is originally willing to do his bidding without question as she believes that he loves her as a daughter. He decides to use her as yet another of his pawns to achieve his original goal. He tells her that if she helps him get Danny, he can get his "mid-morph" DNA to help stabilize her ghost form, which starts to melt whenever she uses her powers too much.

Portraying herself as Danny's distant cousin, Danny is surprised to find out that she can "go ghost" and is a half-ghost just like him. He is wary and suspicious of her though, and she later knocks him out, allowing Vlad to kidnap him, as he needs his "mid-morph" DNA (the DNA from half-way between his human/ghost transformation) to create the perfect "half ghost son" clone. He really has no intention of helping Danielle.

After a weakened Danny escapes from Vlad's lab where he tried to painfully force Danny to transform, he reveals to her the truth after she tries to attack him. Danny tells her what Vlad is really up to, and she is appalled, thinking him to be a liar. However, she later betrays Vlad out of anger when she finds out that it was true and that he didn't really love her and viewed her as an imperfection/mistake. She and Danny eventually team up to destroy the clone lab and she becomes one of Danny's allies before flying off.

She makes another appearance in the episode D-Stabilized, where she returns from living on the streets because her form is even more destabilized. After another adventure involving Vlad trying to destroy her, Danny is able to use one of his parents' inventions to help fix her flawed genetic makeup and stabilize her form so that she doesn't melt again. Valerie Gray also finds out that she is a half-ghost, but the two later become friends... sort of.

Dani also makes a quick cameo appearance in the series finale, Phantom Planet.

[edit] Queen Sam

AKA 'Green Queen' In "Urban Jungle", Sam is taken over by Undergrowth and serves as his "queen". Having been turned into a sort of human-plant hybrid as a result of being fused to "The Growth" (her term for all those under Undergrowth's power), she possesses mental control over any and all plants in her vicinity.

Danny is, at first, reluctant to fight his best friend, and barely manages to escape from her into the Ghost Zone. Later, however, after some training in his new freezing power from Frostbite, he manages to pull himself together and take the fight to her. After a hard struggle, Danny manages to incapacitate Sam long enough for him to defeat Undergrowth and free her from his control.

Her powers and initial style of dress are identical to the classic Batman villain Poison Ivy. When she later appears in her queen attire, she bears more of a resemblance to the Disney villain Maleficent. Her transformation is also similar to that of Sarah Kerrigan of Starcraft. Despite being under Undergrowth's control, Sam's feelings toward Danny still appear to have strongly influenced her actions. There was more than one time during her fight with Danny where she held back and seemed reluctant to attack him. She even went so far as to say that she wanted her and Danny to rule the world together.

[edit] Dorathea "Dora" the Dragon Ghost

• Voice Actor: Kevin Michael Richardson (Dragon Ghost, 1st Time), Grey DeLisle (as Dorothea 1st time), Susan Blakeslee (Dorathea, Dragon Ghost 2nd Time)

Dora is a young ghost princess named Dorathea is doomed to always wear the Cursed Amulet of Aragon, which turns anyone who wears it into a fierce Ghost Dragon, but only when the person experiences "emotional distress." Once the amulet is off the person wearing it returns to normal with no memory of their time as a ghost. The amulet itself may be a parody to Eragon as they are both pronounced the same way and almost look the same. Her name while pretending to be human is Dora Mattingly, possibly a reference to "doormat", a term for a submissive person. This reflects her attitude throughout most of the episode Beauty Marked.

Dora isn't a real true villain, rather, she is bullied by her big brother (and sometimes by her unseen mother), Prince Aragon, to do his dirty work for him. Prior to her appearance in Beauty Marked, she appeared in Parental Bonding and Prisoners of Love (Danny Phantom), both as a human ghost and in her dragon form.

[edit] Sidney Poindexter

Sidney Poindexter is the ghost of a 1950s nerdy teenager. Sidney was trapped in an unchanging world of 1950s ghost bullies within a mirror in Casper High. In life, Sidney attended Casper High, and according to Tucker was the most picked on kid of Casper High history (picking on him was apparently a graduation requirement). Desperate to get out and get revenge on bullies everywhere, Sidney tricked Danny into switching places with him, trapping Danny's ghost form in the mirror while he possessed Danny's human body. He is in a part of the Ghost Zone that is completely in black and white instead of the normally green and black background. Danny manages to switch back eventually after battling him in Sidney's form. Sidney then later gets respect from his peers for surviving a battle with Danny Phantom (when in reality Danny was still possessed in Sidney's body when they battled).

Poindexter was the first ghost of the series who acted against Danny for the sake of teaching him a lesson. Later, Poindexter rode on the back of ghost-dragon Dorothea in the battle against Pariah Dark and has made cameos in various episodes, often with Danny's other enemies.

[edit] The Dairy King Ghost

First appearing in "Bitter Reunions", the Diary King Ghost is the kindly and friendliest ghost of the Wisconsin Dairy King. He once lived where Vlad Masters' castle presently stands/stood. When he frees Danny from Skulker's ghost-power-negating cube, he tells Danny that "not all ghosts are evil, some just want to be left alone, don'cha'know". He has not appeared since but one of his self-portraits was shown in "Masters of All Time". His name comes both from the Dairy Queen restaurant chain and from the fact that Wisconsin is, of course, the Dairy State.

[edit] Ghost-Dog "Cujo"

"Cujo" (a once nickname Danny called it), the ghost-dog, is a puppy when playful, but a fully grown 30-foot adult bullmastiff or mastiff when vicious and hostile. He was responsible for trashing the Axion company. No matter how many times Danny returned him to the Ghost-Zone, he kept digging his way back. Eventually, when Danny discovers his rubber chew toy, the Ghost-Dog took it and disappeared back into the Ghost Zone. It is likely that he returned for his toy and was searching for it. He is sometimes referred to as 'Cujo', after the dog in the Stephen King story of the same name. He made brief reappearances during "Reign Storm" and "Kindred Spirits" (via a flashback). In "Life Lessons", he is also seen on a poster in Valerie's room depicting him as her second-most wanted ghost to blast (Danny tops her list).

Axion Labs once had several guard dogs, they were gotten 'rid of'.

Not much is known about Klemper, except he is as weak as The Box Ghost. Similar to The Box Ghost's obsession with boxes, Klemper wants to be friends with everyone. He has icy cold breath that can freeze almost anything and is constantly wearing red and white striped pajamas. Also like the Box Ghost, he is never portrayed as a main villain, rather as an annoyance that never makes any important appearances. He's so annoying, though, that not even The Box Ghost likes him. Jazz once called him Friendly Fiend. Klemper's name and personality are based on Casper.

Johnny 13 is a classic '50s biker with bad luck. His shadow, which has a life of its own, spreads this luck to others. He has a girlfriend, Kitty; his main motivation is to be left alone with him. However, when he starts getting bored, his shadow starts causing trouble, and Danny starts to get in his way. His shadow is very brutal, although it is easily subdued by light.

Johnny 13 first appeared in 13, when he and his girlfriend Kitty attempted to escape the Ghost Zone. Kitty was unable to maintain her form in the real world and needed someone to wear her clothes (a jacket, scarf and ring imbued with her essence) so that she would be able to reform around them and switch places. Unfortunately, Johnny picked Jazz Fenton to be his girlfriend's host. He nearly succeeds, but Danny was able to stop the body transfer by pulling the ring off his sister's finger at the last minute. Johnny is captured and sent back through the portal.

In "Lucky in Love", Johnny steals a device from the Fentons that generates a ghost portal and modifies it into his bike. He then escapes back to Amity Park taking Kitty with him. However, Johnny's leering with the other girls led Kitty to abandon him, overshadow Paulina, and seduce Danny (who is surprised, delighted and completely oblivious to her true identity) so Johnny would feel jealous. When Danny finds out, he asks Johnny to stage a battle with him and intentionally lose so that Kitty can see her former boyfriend as a stud, so that they can both return to the Ghost Zone.

Later, in Reign Storm Johnny and his shadow escaped the Ghost Zone with other ghosts when Pariah Dark was released from the sarcophagos of forever sleep. In The Ultimate Enemy, Johnny is crippled after Dark Danny injures him and is forced to stay in a wheelchair. Johnny still has his shadow and Kitty at his side, but his shadow's usually busy pushing Johnny's wheelchair and Kitty's too elderly to fight.

In The Fright Before Christmas, Johnny appears along with many of the ghosts that Danny had faced in previous episodes, and in light of the Christmas truce, helps Danny save Christmas.

He later appears in Girls' Night Out, where Kitty has again split with him due to his womanizing attitude and love for his motorbike; she uses her kissing powers on him, causing him to disappear (only to reappear later when Maddie, Sam and Jazz undo the effects of the kiss to restore all men to Amity Park). His most recent outing has him helping Danny, Skulker and Youngblood blocking an ecto-missile the Guys in White plan on firing into the Ghost Zone during the events of Livin' Large.

Johnny's final appearance (alongside Shadow and Kitty) is in the series finale, "Phantom Planet". He's first seen terrorizing Dash and Kwan in the halls of Casper High. All three then assist in saving the Earth.

[edit] Powers and weakness

Johnny has ghost powers (invisibility, overshadowing, flight, and intangibility), but Johnny usually prefers to cause mayhem on his bike which can fire blasts from its headlight. His main ability is to summon his shadow to stop his enemies.

He however cannot do much without his Shadow and is always sidetracked by other girls. Shadow, meanwhile, has two primary weaknesses: bright lights, which cause it to disintegrate, and water, which reduces it to a puddle of black slime.

Revealed in "13", "Shadow" is the source of Johnny 13's powers. It has its own will but, at the same time, obeys its master's every command. It has the power to spontaneously cause events of bad-luck, as well as hide and pose in shadows. Its main weakness is light, but it can also be affected by water.

Kitty is Johnny 13's girlfriend who unwittingly causes trouble for Danny. When she got injured trying to get through the Ghost Portal, she empowered her jacket, ring and scarf so that whoever wears them will be possessed by her which were given to Jazz by Johnny until Danny stopped him, and later possessed Paulina to make Johnny jealous. She gets very jealous when Johnny's eyes roam to other girls. She can be selfish at times, but unless anyone is hurting Johnny (or if Johnny gets too lecherous of other girls), she is trouble free. She wears the common outfit of a biker chick (leather jacket, fishnet stockings, knee-high high heeled boots, etc.) In "The Ultimate Enemy", her future self appeared more elderly, but she still fights alongside Johnny.

When Kitty joins forces with Ember and Spectra in "Girls' Night Out", it is revealed that she can blow kisses that can make anyone that it hits disappear to parts unknown, if they stay that way for 12 hours, the ones who have vanished are gone forever.

Behemoth is the 4-armed protector of the Skeleton Key. After Vlad took the key in episode "Million Dollar Ghost", it is unknown what happened to the Behemoth, until it reappeared in "Reign Storm" and "Phantom Planet".

[edit] Femalien, Terminatra and Nightmerica

These three female ghosts are supervillains ("heroines") of the same movie. Sam admired these girls and in the episode "Memory Blank" realized that the three would be in a film and asked the boys, Danny and Tucker, if they could see the movie on Friday. However, they could not because Paulina's birthday was on Friday, and Sam, upset, "wished" that something bad would happen to Paulina. Hearing her wish, the ghost genie Desiree gave ghostly life to these villains so that they could destroy Paulina. These supervillains are:

• Femalien: A female alien parody of two movies: Aliens and Predator. She is a big green creature with great eyeteeth and pigtails. In the end, Danny defeats her and she disappears saying: "Sam".

• Terminatra: A female part-human part-robot parody of The Terminator. This appears chasing Paulina while she takes a dress away from the cleaners. In the end, Sam rescues Danny from being zapped and defeats her as she disappears saying: "Sam".

• Nightmerica: A female ghost woman parody of Freddy Krueger. She appears in the Nasty Burger trying to attack Paulina, and as Danny did not remember anything, Sam defeats her and she disappears saying: "Sam".

They popped up in "Phantom Planet" amongst other ghosts Danny rounded up to help make the Earth intangible, despite being conjured from Sam's imagination.

[edit] The Ancient Ghosts

A group of ghosts bearing unspeakable power that succeeded in imprisoning Pariah Dark a long time ago. Practically every ghost in the Ghost Zone has heard of their legend, but it is unknown as to what became of them. Although in Reign Storm it is thought that the six crows in the beginning are them.

[edit] Box Lunch

She is the daughter of the Lunch Lady Ghost and the Box Ghost from an alternate timeline (A prospect that made Danny say "Eugh!" when he first met her). Like her namesake and parents' legacy, she can control both food and boxes as well as speak in similarly to them--with Box Ghost-like moanings of "Beware!" and Lunch Lady-like mood swings. She was sent by Clockwork to fight Danny, though whether or not she was evil or just doing what Clockwork asked is unknown. She was defeated by Danny, courtesy of The Nasty Burger's special sauce, with Danny throwing it at her head and shooting it, causing heat so it would explode.

[edit] SkulkTech 9.9

The future version of Skulker and Technus fused together. While Skulker and Technus are much more powerful in this form than they are apart, Tucker is still able to hack into their system with his PDA (prompting Tucker to remark that he doesn't "know whether that's exciting, or depressing.") They possess many new weapons, though none of them work on Dark Danny. Skulktech 9.9 was only attempting to destroy Danny for the destruction he was destined to cause as Dark Danny, so whether or not he was still evil is unknown.

A pair of ghosts whose faces appear to be nothing more than large eyes. True to their name, they observe the events of both the human world and the Ghost Zone. Interestingly, the Observants are not allowed, or possibly unable, to interfere with the course of events; they are confined to their spectation. This fact, however, does not stop the pair from nagging others into manipulating such events. The Observants often call upon the ghost known as Clockwork to do work for them. It is important to note the difference between the Observants and Clockwork. The former two have a linear concept of time, similar to most humans. Clockwork, on the other hand, views time in an abstract, branching way. This often leads to creative differences between Clockwork and the Observants, resulting each party acting in a different matter with regards to current events. They were the ones who tried to get Clockwork to destroy Danny and prevent the rise of Dark Danny, and later charged Clockwork with keeping watch over the trapped Dark Danny after he became separate from time. In the episode "Torrent of Terror", the weather controlling ghost Vortex was imprisoned by the Observants and it is revealed that there are many more Observants than just those two, serving as judges to a malevolent Vortex for his incriminating actions on Earth.

In the videogame "The Ultimate Enemy" they are referred to as the Observers instead.

So far, they have only been seen in The Ultimate Enemy, Torrent of Terror (and maybe Phantom Planet).

1. Disappearing: Possibly a teleportation ability.
2. Levitation: The Observants are always seen hovering, never walking.
3. Temporal Clairvoyance: The Observants possess the ability to see into the past, present, and future. (Their view is vastly more limited then Clockwork's. Observants see only a single outcome, while Clockwork is aware of all possible resolutions.)

Ghost Writer is, as his name suggests, an author who resides in the Ghost Zone. In "The Fright Before Christmas" he writes a long Christmas poem, only to have Danny accidentally destroy the only copy. Furious at him and his "Scrooge-like" attitude, the Ghost Writer forces him into its sequel, and uses his Quantum Keyboard to trap all of Amity Park in a Christmas poem. This, however, turned out to be in violation of the ghosts' annual Christmas Truce, during which time all inter-ghostly hostilities are supposed to be suspended; as a result he was taken to Walker's jail. His poem, however, continued until Danny finally learned to treat people better during the holiday season.

The Ghost Writer is apparently able to create any circumstance simply by typing it, and a situation he creates can continue even after his Keyboard is destroyed. His one weakness seems to be writer's block---Danny beats him in a fight by picking up an orange, which temporarily stymied his writing because nothing rhymed with it.

His name is a pun off the literary term ghostwriter, an author who is paid to write a book credited to another person. It also resembles Ghost Rider.

A faceless ghost who has the power to change his appearance into anyone or anything he desires at will. His impersonations are near-perfect except for the eyes, which retain their red color. Because he's faceless, no one notices him, so he pulls pranks and morphs into a person or creature who gets a lot of attention just so Amorpho himself can get attention. After being stuck in the form of Mr. Lancer in Forever Phantom, Amorpho learns that getting the spotlight isn't always great. Although he causes trouble, he does so out of a desire for attention as opposed to malevolence and is actually concerned when his pranks get out of hand.

• Voice Actor: Daran Norris

Bullet is Walker's second in command, and is just as strict as his employer. However, when outside the ghost warden's view, he often resorts to his own methods rather than Walker's. He may have been a hardcore military man in his former life, which would explain the camo pants that he wears. In his debut, he demonstrates to be a faithful crew member to Walker. A malignant and strict ghost of a black hair (goatee; his head is covered in a bandana) and a red eye and another eye with a patch.

He is the Walker’s right-hand man and second-in-command, who accompanied his chief on their visit to Amity Park. He was to keep Wulf in line and overshadowed both Principal Ishiyama and Dash as Walker’s plans progressed. He was hit by a blast from the Portable Ghost-Portal and is currently thought to be back in business at the GZPD Prison. He also makes two cameos in the episode "Reign Storm" and another cameo in the episode "Phantom Planet". Seen only in a few frames, he is one of the many ghosts who helps Danny and Skulker turn the entire planet intangible, so that an asteroid can pass through it.

[edit] Ectopusses

Ectopusses are one of the first kinds of ghosts that Danny fought. They have bushy eyebrows, four tentacles and large mouths. They never appear as a main villain, but rather a species of ghosts. They appear in "Mystery Meat", "Bitter Reunions", and in "Double Cross my Heart." The word "ectopus" seems to come from octopus, because they have tentacles.
