This is an episode list of the Nickelodeon animated television series Danny Phantom.

Despite having a sense of series continuity, Nickelodeon often had the habit of playing some of the episodes in different orders, some for promotional purposes. "Fright Night" aired before "13" in time for Halloween, episodes "Identity Crisis" and "The Fenton Menace" came after "The Ultimate Enemy", "Reality Trip" aired after "Double Cross My Heart" and "Kindred Spirits" (due to the former's summer vacation theme), and, most recently, "Urban Jungle" aired before the first five episodes of the third season. Thus, all episodes listed here follow the series continuity and not in production order.

Season 3 of Danny Phantom aired everyday from 1 - 15 April 2007 in the UK, and from October 9, 2006 to August 24, 2007 in the US with exception to "Urban Jungle" which aired prior to the others in the US.

Danny must wake his friends and sister in order to stop this threat.
