This is a comprehensive list of major music awards received by Black Sabbath, an English heavy metal band from Birmingham, England. The band was formed in 1968 by Ozzy Osbourne (vocals), Tony Iommi (guitar), Terence "Geezer" Butler (bass guitar), and Bill Ward (drums & percussion).[1]
