List of Australian immigration detention facilities

This is a list of current and former Australian immigration detention facilities. Immigration detention facilities are used to house people who are detained under Australia’s policy of mandatory detention and the Pacific Solution. Most facilities are operated by Australasian Correctional Management under contract from the Department of Immigration and Multicultural Affairs (DIMA).
