Lissotesta bicarinata is a species of very minute sea snail, a marine gastropod mollusc in the family Cyclostrematidae.
Its placement in the genus Lissotesta is provisional.

This species is endemic to New Zealand, found at Tom Bowling Bay at the north of the North Island.

This snail is found at shallow depths and in beach sand.
[edit] Shell description
The shell is very minute, of depressed-turbinate shape.
The shell height is up to 0.6 mm, and the width is up to 0.75 mm.
