Lisa Blount (born July 1, 1957 in Fayetteville, Arkansas) is an American actress.
Blount started working in show business with her debut in Sam's Song (1969). She is most likely remembered for her role as the cynical, insecure best friend to Debra Winger in An Officer and a Gentleman. She also starred in Prince of Darkness as the love interest to Jameson Parker who would play a more important role in the story as it went along. She also appeared during season two (1986) of Moonlighting in the episode 'Sleep Talkin' Guy' as the beautiful prostitute, Toby, who helped David Addison crack cases.
She later became a producer and, along with her husband Ray McKinnon, won the Academy Award for best live action short film in 2001 for The Accountant.
Lisa Blount produced and acted in the movie Chrystal, also starring Billy Bob Thornton.

Lisa Blount is originally from Jacksonville, AR. She lived there with her parents in Foxwood (a local subdivision) and went to Jacksonville High School.
