Lipu-Lekh Pass (el. 5350 m.) is a Himalayan pass in the Pithoragarh District of Uttarakhand state, India.

The Vyans valley ends at this pass. The pass links India with Tibet Autonomous Region of People's Republic of China, and forms the last territorial point in Indian territory. The famous Hindu pilgrimage tour Kailash Mansarovar yatra (that is, the journey to the Mansarovar) traverses this pass. Lipu-lekh pass is connected to Chang Lobochahela, near the old trading town of Taklakot (Purang), on the Chinese side.
