Lion Capital LLP

Lion Capital LLP is a British private equity firm, primarily working as a buy-out fund, headquartered in London. Among other investments, it owns the Wagamama restaurant chain, the Dutch HEMA department store chain and Kettle Foods of the United States.[1], and recently sold Jimmy Choo. It was officially established in 2005, splitting off from the American firm Hicks, Muse, Tate & Furst (now HM Capital).[2]
