Hi,
Changing spelling between British and American English isn't usually seen as necessary, per WP:ENGVAR. If you think the page should reflect a British English spelling, note that by changing the wikilink, you turned it from a direct link to a redirect, which can cause problems due to page moves. If you are certain you can make a case for the alternative spelling of diarrhoea, in order to avoid this, use a piped link, so it will be spelled as diarrhoea but link directly to diarrhea, thus: [[Diarrhea|diarrhoea]] Thanks, WLU (talk) 16:23, 31 January 2008 (UTC)
