[edit] Template usage/help
{{editprotected}}
I have noticed that the template is protected, but does not have the "protected" template on it, nor any description as to how the template is used. Please update it. (I guess it would be fine to add it on the talk page) Regards, G.A.S 15:18, 12 May 2007 (UTC)

- This template is not currently in use.
- This might be legacy code? (As the case is with Template:Wikilink)
- In which case it will need Template:Tdeprecated

- I'm not entirely sure why the template is here either; however, it seems to be used. It would seem to be for people who can't remember the [link displaytext] notation. If you want it deprecated/deleted, you could try starting a TfD on the template. --ais523 16:25, 12 May 2007 (UTC)
- Not a problem. (I searched for "what links here" from the talk page, sorry for that.) Thanks for that. - G.A.S 16:30, 12 May 2007 (UTC)
- It seems that this template is used by Template:Harvrefcol, Template:Citation/core, Template:Citation/core/testing, Template:Citation/patent, et al. Thus it isn't for general use. - G.A.S 17:05, 12 May 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Suggestions
This information really doesn't belong on the talk page. This template should have a documentation page located at Template:Link/doc. — Cuyler91093 - Contributions 05:25, 3 January 2008 (UTC)
