An anonymous editor rewrote some of the content (without any explanation, thus I don't understand why some of the rewriting was necessary), and removed cited information while introducing new information without citations. Cited material shouldn't be removed from articles without explanation. I reverted all the changes pending discussion. Please discuss these changes here on the talk page before reintroducing them. I will soon be updating the Linn City page with actual primary research. The BLM article is actually taken verbatim from other previous articles and accounts (which in turn were secondary!) and should not be cited as original composition. Stay tuned for the true story...
