I created this page as she is well worthy of inclusion. I have only included what looks verifiable on the web. Some points:

I cannot track down what the word records are.

She lived in Sydenham Hill and was I believe born very locally.

She apparently moved to the US in 1968, became Linda Ludgrove-Lillo and has her own website (could not find it).

From memory (I was raised in Sydenham)- she was one of several swimmers who got to international/world level through a club at St James Baths, East Dulwich. One of them represented the UK in the 1968 Olympics, went to Dulwich Collegel and was called Kevin(?) Wilson. There may be a worthwhile entry on the club.

I was at school with her brother who was also a very strong swimmer, from memory their dad was a pool superintendent.Ian oli 12:35, 20 March 2007 (UTC)
