She appeared in her first films (under her original name, Lina Baskette) at age 9 in 1916, but did not appear in the Ziegfeld Follies until 1923. She was the costar along with Al Jolson in The Wonder Bar (1941)


You say that nine years later she married Sam Warner. Nine years later than what? The previous date you mention is 1929, which would mean she married Warner in 1938, 11 years after his death. In fact she married in 1925.

Marriages: she married nine times (although only to seven men). A complete list with dates would help.

Affairs: along with Jack Dempsey, she also had affairs with Nelson Eddy and Lawrence Tibbett Why no metion of the infamous rape case? PoochieR (talk) 11:21, 21 December 2007 (UTC)
