[edit] Stop moving the page

PLEASE stop moving this page back and forth from Lincity to Lincity-NG. The merge was done in Lincity for consistency with other languages... Someone moved it to -ng , ok, let's stop here. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 84.5.162.119 (talk • contribs) 12:30, 5 April 2007

Don't worry, it's staying where it is from now on. Chris Cunningham 13:26, 5 April 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Merged version

The old version of this page read terribly. This has been significantly cleaned up, which is why it's shorter. Please work from the current version instead of reverting from now on. Thanks. Chris Cunningham 13:29, 5 April 2007 (UTC)

PLEASE Chris Cunningham stop reverting my changes for putting your confused article instead. I'm member of linicty-ng team, so please, stop messing up this page.
_I_ did the merge of lincity and _ng pages some times ago, _i_ updated image and informations, and _i_ reorgagnised the page when it was asked for because it was confuse. Thanks for your help, but it's better without you. User:alain_bkt 14:40, 5 April 2007 (UTC)
Also, information about old lincity were lost (SVGA and ... i do'nt remember). So please don't delete stuff if you are not sure it's no more used. For encylcopedic purpose like wikipedia, historical information about previous version _is_ welcome and should not be deleted.User:alain_bkt 15:02, 5 April 2007 (UTC)
Errr, no, that's not how it works. People don't own articles. If material needs to be re-added, re-add it instead of reverting. This is going back. Grow up and stop using words like "vandalism" to refer to good faith edits. Chris Cunningham 15:17, 5 April 2007 (UTC)
Man, so why did you revert my edits, instead of adding your content ? I d'ont fell i own the page, just i dont understand why you remove my edit which clarified the page and focused on description rather futile details. User:alain_bkt
I see you just went back even further and restored an un-merged version. I thought you said you had merged these? The reason I reverted is because the current version, while lacking a little history, is considerably better stylistically. I'd rather be bold and work on adding the old material back to a higher-quality article than try to polish up an old version without ever removing anything.
I'll work on incorporating the old text later on. Chris Cunningham 17:14, 5 April 2007 (UTC)
Incredible. You should just read the content of the pages. You supressed informations that i added some weeks ago. The merged was done but the only thing you did is to move the lincity page to lincity-ng page. The revert to february 26 page fix the data you erase. And you also said something like "to much work, i'll do it later" on the lincity page. Please stop editing this page and supressing data. Look at history of the page and you will understand your mistake. MERGE WAS DONE 26 february, jsut someone reverted it later and you missed this.
Also you missed that moving the page lose the talk page of the original page and the history. So please accept that your new NG page should have stayed where it was originally, in Lincity which also consistent with other languages (and is referenced from other sites), and stop cirticising my edits without reading the page and looking at the history of the page.
