Linton Township is one of eighteen townships in Allamakee County, Iowa, USA. As of the 2000 census, its population was 307.

Linton Township covers an area of 31.55 square miles and contains no incorporated settlements. According to the USGS, it contains two cemeteries: Cherry Mound and Sixteen.
