The Linguistic Bibliography (Bibliographie Linguistique) is an annual publication, first appearing 1947, providing a comprehensive bibliography of publications in linguistics (about 20,000 items per year), published by Springer Verlag.
Since 1997, the database has also been available freely online, as BLonline, containing the data since 1993. BLonline is produced by the Instituut voor Nederlandse Lexicologie in Leiden, Netherlands, edited by Sijmen Tol and Hella Olbertz on the authority of the Permanent International Committee of Linguists under the auspices of the International Council for Philosophy and Humanistic Studies.
