Linga, Samphrey

Linga is one of the Shetland Islands, in Yell Sound. (It should be noted that Linga is an extremely common name in Shetland) It is between 30 & 40 ha and over 40m at its highest point.

Linga is made up of coarse gneiss, with some granite.[1]

It is not far from Firth and Firths Voe, in the West. Fish Holm is to the North and Lunna Ness to the east.
