Linda L. Upmeyer is the Iowa State Representative from the 12th District. She has served in the Iowa House of Representatives since 2002 and is an assistant minority leader. She received her BSN from the University of Northern Iowa and her MSN from Drake University.
Upmeyer currently serves on several committees in the Iowa House - the Administration and Rules committee; the Commerce committee; the Human Resources committee; and the Natural Resources committee.
Upmeyer was re-elected in 2006 with 8,014 votes, running unopposed. [1]
