The Linda Mbeki Hospice operates from the former Mbeki family home in Mbewuleni, South Africa. It was named after Linda Mbeki of Govan Mbeki and Epainette Mbeki following her death in 2005. It famously had a staff of three, together with 35 care workers, before it had any beds.
