Linda George is an internationally renowned Assyrian singer who began singing at the age of five in the local church choir. Fifteen albums later, she is now one of the most famous Assyrian singers. Her music ranges from a blend of traditional Assyrian beats, to modern new age music and her golden voice is admired by Assyrians all over the world. Linda has toured many countries including the US, Germany, Sweden, Canada, Australia, Syria, Lebanon and her homeland Iraq. Linda currently resides in California. Some of Linda's most popular songs include "Khoma O Khwara," "Chapeh Chapeh" (officially known as "Matlab D' Libbee"), "Yalekhta Khwarta," and "Ya Bahra D'Zawnan," which is a song about Mar Dinkha IV (the song is also known just simply as "Mar Dinkha").
