Lincolnshire Scout County (The Scout Association)
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Lincolnshire Scout County is a Scout County of the Scout Association in the United Kingdom, covering the county of Lincolnshire. The current County Commissioner is Ian Henderson.
With 2007 being the Centenary Year of Scouting, it is a fantastic opportunity to promote Scouting locally. To facilitate this we have appointed a Media Development Manager for the County. Local presenter and broadcaster Ian Cashmore has taken on this voluntary role for the forthcoming year, and is actively promoting our Scouting activities through the media. As well as comitments to local scouting media Ian Cashmore also went to help manage national scouting media on Brownsea Island Over the Scouting sunrise in 2007.
