Lincoln Township is one of twelve townships in Audubon County, Iowa, USA. As of the 2000 census, its population was 349.

Lincoln Township covers an area of 35.84 square miles and contains one incorporated settlement, Gray. According to the USGS, it contains two cemeteries: Gray and Lincoln Township.
