Limberg Chero Senmache was born in Monsefú - Perú. Economist, teaches courses of economics at Universidad de Piura, at Lima, Peru. Actually works to PLADES (Programa Laboral de Desarrollo) in the Social Watch Project as Monitor of Labour Market. In addition, he researches to Consorcio de Investigación Económico Social CIES and to Convenio Andrés Bello on topics about liberalisation of commerce of service and Cultural Integration[1]
