See Kohlrausch's Law for details this is the conductivity of an ionic substance which has been extrapolated to an infinite dilution. It is normally the case that
Molar conductivity = Limiting molar conductivity - Kc1/2
c is the concentration of the salt while K is the Kohlrausch constant for this solute and solvent.
