Limia River
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
The Limia River (Lima in Portuguese) is a river in Galicia, Spain, and Portugal, with an extension of 108 km.
The source of the Limia is Talariño Mountain (975 meters), close to the Paradiña village in the Sarreaus municipality (Ourense, Spain). It crosses the border into Portugal close to the Lindoso village, and reaches the Atlantic near Viana do Castelo.
The Limia was considered by the Romans as the mythical Lethe.
