The Limerick Post is a free weekly newspaper, distributed throughout Limerick City in the region of Munster, Ireland.
According to the Audit Bureau of Circulations, the newspaper had an average weekly ABC circulation of 32,182 for the 6 months Jul-Dec 2006 and a VFD (Verified Free Distribution) weekly circulation of 14,914 for the 6 months Jul-Dec 2006.
The Limerick Post was established in 1986 and remains the only locally owned newspaper in Limerick.
The Post is published each Thursday morning. Its owner editor is Billy Ryan. Limerick Post Newspaper "online" edition offers daily news, sport, entertainment, property, jobs, motoring, and classified pages.
It recent added a digital edition to its website , allowing users to navigate the paper just like the print edition.
Its main competitors are the Limerick Leader, and the Limerick Independent.
