Limbiate is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Milan in the Italian region Lombardy, located about 15 km north of Milan. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 32,168 and an area of 12.4 km².[1]
The municipality of Limbiate contains the frazioni (subdivisions, mainly villages and hamlets) Pinzano, Villaggio dei Giovi, Mombello, and Villaggio del sole.
Limbiate borders the following municipalities: Bovisio-Masciago, Solaro, Cesate, Varedo, Paderno Dugnano, Senago.
