From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

I photographed this limu poke at a friend's retirement party in Puunene, Maui, Hawaii in December 2005. This particular batch seems to contain fresh ahi (yellowfin tuna), inamona (chopped kukui nuts), green onions, and long ogo (a kind of limu or seaweed that branches like small blood vessels and tastes like the ocean). It is presented on a bed of red cabbage.
