Lilong (Thoubal) is a town and a nagar panchayat in Thoubal district in the Indian state of Manipur.

As of 2001 India census[1], Lilong (Thoubal) had a population of 20,267. Males constitute 50% of the population and females 50%. Lilong (Thoubal) has an average literacy rate of 58%, lower than the national average of 59.5%: male literacy is 69%, and female literacy is 47%. In Lilong (Thoubal), 22% of the population is under 6 years of age.the majority of the population is muslim.Lilong sahid khan is the first manipuri muslim who join indian army.he is the first son of ms marem khan and mr mohd rahamad khan. Lilong Dr M Nazir Khan and Dr. Aslam Khan is the first manipruri muslim who earned Doctrate degree in physics and chemistry respectively.Dr. Nazir Khan is the second son of Ms Manijan and Mr Quameruddin Khan (Rtd ASI Manipur police). Dr.Aslam Khan is the first son of Ms and Mr Maulana Kiramuddin Khan.
