[edit] Fair use rationale for Image:Rainn Wilson.jpg

Thanks for uploading or contributing to Image:Rainn Wilson.jpg. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is not a suitable explanation or rationale as to why each specific use in Wikipedia constitutes fair use. Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale.

If you have uploaded other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on those pages too. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free media lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Ricky81682 (talk) 05:15, 24 February 2008 (UTC)

[edit] VandalCountBot

I was going over the list of bots and noticed that VandalCountBot (talk · contribs) has not edited in a very long time. Is this bot still active and if not, would you object to it being de-flagged? Please post your comments to Wikipedia_talk:Bots/Requests_for_approval#Dead_bots since this is a rather widely-posted message. MBisanz talk 20:19, 7 March 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Please create new AfD log

Could you please run LDBot to create a new AfD log? LDBot hasn't been running for the past few days. --Eastmain (talk) 00:24, 17 March 2008 (UTC)

[edit] LDBot problem?

Hi, I created Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Log/2008 April 15 a couple hours ago because it seemed like LDBot wasn't doing it. Thought you might want to take a look at it. Thanks, Darkspots (talk) 03:44, 15 April 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Image:NyxemLatLonSmall.png

I have tagged Image:NyxemLatLonSmall.png as {{no rationale}}, because it does not provide a fair use rationale. If you believe the image to be acceptable for fair use according to Wikipedia policy, please provide a rationale explaining as much, in accordance with the fair use rationale guideline, on the image description page. Some examples can be found at Wikipedia:Use rationale examples. Please also consider using {{non-free fair use in|article name}} or one of the other tags listed at Wikipedia:Image copyright tags/Non-free. Thank you. Rettetast (talk) 13:15, 6 May 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Orphaned non-free media (Image:Disney - Escape to Witch Mountain.jpg)

Thanks for uploading Image:Disney - Escape to Witch Mountain.jpg. The media description page currently specifies that it is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, it is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the media was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that media for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that all non-free media not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. BJBot (talk) 07:15, 2 June 2008 (UTC)
