Ligeia formed in late 2003 with Keith Holuk, Ryan Ober and Chris Keane with ex-members Phil Fonesca and Matther Bennett. Their debut record Your Ghost is a Gift was recorded in December 2004 by Ken Susi of Unearth and released in late March 2006 on Ferret Music. Ligeia is currently in the process of writing their latest album, "Bad News" in Grafton, MA.
