Ligat ha'Al 2003-04

Ligat ha'Al is the football (soccer) premier league in Israel. The 2003-04 season saw Maccabi Haifa win the title. It took place from the first match on September 13, 2003 to the final match on May 22, 2004.

Two teams from Liga Leumit were promoted at the end of the previous season: Akhi Nazareth and Bnei Sakhnin. The two teams relegated were Hapoel Kfar Saba and Ironi Rishon LeZion.
