Ligalayz

Andrey Vladimirovich Menshikov, a.k.a. Ligalayz (Russian: Лигалайз, born July 30, 1977, Moscow) is a Russian hip hop artist and a former leader of the Legalny Bizne$$ band. Ligalayz was also among D.O.B. and Bad Balance.
In 1994 Menshikov entered the Russian Chemotechnological University, but did not finished it.[1] In 1996 Ligalayz takes a trip to Kongo, where he maintained the hip hop activity participating in the local Frankophone band AERO Skwadra.[1] When the country faced with the civil war, Ligalayz returned to Moscow. Breakdance band Jam Style & Da Boogie has used his a cappellas for two its tracks.[1]
