It's related to the environment, the idea being that if an environment can't support people, giving them resources from another one is not going to solve the problem. I've added the philosophy template as well, since ethics is the most closely related topic. Richard001 04:15, 31 October 2007 (UTC)

OK all you people, I fixed the article up. this is all good stuff, so rathar than deleting it down to 5 scentences again; TELL ME WHAT IS WRONG.
