Liferuiner is a metalcore, straight edge, band from Toronto, Ontario. They were previously named xLIFERUINERx. They signed a one-record deal with Tribunal Records for the distribution of No Saints, but have been recently signed to Uprising Records. The band has recorded and is awaiting the release of a new album entitled Taking Back The Night Life. One of the founding members and former singer, Jonny OC (26), recently left the band on their American tour after facing several statutory rape accusations; these accusations had plagued the singer for years. Their current temporary fill-in vocalist, Danny Surjanac, is also facing criminal charges after being arrested for 28 counts of mischief involving graffiti in Toronto in early May, 2008.[1]
