"Life Is a Rollercoaster" is a pop song written by Gregg Alexander and Rick Nowels for Irish singer Ronan Keating's solo debut album Ronan (2000). The song was produced by Alexander and received a mixed reception from music critics. It was released as the first single in the third quarter of 2000 and reached number one on the United Kingdom singles chart, where it became Keating's second number one solo single, and went on to be the 27th biggest-selling single of 2000 in the UK. It also reached the top position in Ireland. In the UK, the single was certified gold. In Asia, STAR TV used a promotional song for TV series Friends.

The opening refrain of "Na-na na-na na" is very similar to that of the mysterious leaked Gregg Alexander song "A Love Like That", suggesting that the two are perhaps intended as counterparts or sequels to each other.
