[edit] Regarding this article's speedy deletion

CSD A7 applies to companies, corporations and organizations, not buildings. Please see this page and this Deletion review link regarding why building articles cannot be deleted under speedy deletion, and must be brought to AfD. But, as for assertion of notability, the article is well-referenced with reliable sources and asserts that the tower is the 2nd-tallest residential building in a major U.S. city, and 3rd-tallest in a state.
