The "Warning" regarding the drinking water should be deleted because it is not true, there is no citation and it can do damage to the village by discouraging people from moving here or visiting.

There shouldnt be a sperate article for town of liberty and village. A town is a region of land a village is a government within a town. In the case of Liberty the only difference between the town and the village is the tax status of the homeowner. Town of liberty residents still have to obey all local ordincaies.
