[edit] Definition?

The article is about an entirely undefined subject. Link to the general meaning of liberal party or liberalism does not help, since liberal can mean almost anything to the right of communism and left of fascism in different countries. Why is for example Civic Democratic Party not liberal? (I do not say it is, but it also "claims that defence of individual liberties is the purpose of the state". Georgius
