Libya Telecom & Technology (LTT) (Arabic: ليبيا للاتصالات والتقنية‎) was established in 1997 as a Private Libyan Company. LTT is Libya's main and biggest Internet service provider (ISP) offering both dial-up and broadband Internet to customers Libya wide. LTT was bought over by the General Post and Telecommunication Company (GPTC) in 2004.Muhammad Qaddafi, the eldest son of Libyan president Muammar al-Gaddafi is the Chairman.
