The Liberty University School of Law is the law school of Liberty University, a private university located in Lynchburg, Virginia. Liberty University Law was founded in 2004 and is provisionally accredited by the American Bar Association. Provision Accreditation is the highest level of accreditation available at present; full accreditation cannot be granted until a school has been in operation for five years. Students graduating from a provisionally accredited law school enjoy the full rights guaranteed to fully accredited schools. [1]
[edit] Founding Principles
The law school's founding Dean, Bruce Green, was committed to providing an excellent legal education and exposing students to the natural law--an objective view of the law grounded in the Western legal tradition.
