Liberty Township is one of twelve townships in Warren County, Indiana, USA. As of the 2000 census, its population was 850.

Liberty Township covers an area of 44 square miles (113.95 square kilometers); of this, 0.02 square miles (0.05 square kilometers) or 0.04 percent is water. It contains the Potholes at Fall Creek Gorge, a scenic natural location owned and maintained by the Nature Conservancy. The stream of Fall Creek runs through this township.
