The content of this image is from Second Life. Per press release[1], Linden Lab declared that all intellectual properties of an object in Second Life belong to the subscriber who created it. The software itself is licensed under the terms of the GNU General Public License[2].
This image is not a derivative work if it only contains user-created content. If it contains content created by third parties, such as logos or other copyrighted material, evidence of proper licensing of such copyrighted material must be provided. Note: this is not a copyright tag. If you created, and hence own the intellectual property depicted in this image, please release this image under a free license or as public domain by tagging it with an appropriate tag from here. If you did not create this screenshot, you may be able to make a claim to use it under our policy for non-free content, but only if you know who the copyright owner is and when this image was made. In general, however, fair use screenshots from Second Life will be considered replaceable by a free image, since you could easily create a free one yourself.
