Liard Island

Liard Island (66°51′S, 67°25′W) is a mountainous island, 13 miles (21 km) long, 6 miles (10 km) wide and rising to 1,000 m, situated in the north-central portion of Hanusse Bay, off the west coast of Graham Land, Antarctica. It was discovered and named by the French Antarctic Expedition under Charcot, 1908-10.
