Liam Fitzpatrick is in charge of the Fitzpatrick mob family, also known as the Fighting Fitzpatricks. He shot his brother, Cormac Fitzpatrick, in cold blood, after Cormac failed to retrieve an original van Gogh painting.

It has been hinted that he and his family are helping Vinnie Van Lowe win the election for Sherriff. Liam told Keith Mars that if Vinnie does not win the election, or if Keith does anything to hurt Vinnie's campaign, he will kill Veronica.
