Liam Devlin is the recurring protagonist in the novels The Eagle has Landed and its sequel The Eagle has Flown both written by British novelist Jack Higgins. Devlin is an assassin for the Anti-Treay IRA and assists a German commando team in its attempt to assassinate Winston Churchill. In the film version, he was portrayed by Donald Sutherland.
