Lia van Leer

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Lia van Leer (born in Bălţi (formerly in Romania, now in Republic of Moldova)) is the co-founder with George Ostrovsky of the Jerusalem Cinematheque. She is also the founder and director of the International Jerusalem Film Festival.

In 2002 she received of the Israel Prize for her lifetime contributions.
